The home was ok. It was too expensive for what we got, but it was fine. This management company RED AWNING is a joke. 1. My reservation was hacked. I began receiving WhatsApp messages from hackers with suspect links to click. I didn’t click any of them but it contained all the reservation info and my contact information. I guess my payment was actually processed by VRBO and not Red Awning or my financial information would have been compromised as well. 2. Red Awning could not give us the address of the property. We had to go to a check in site to find out where we were staying and even the check in place could not give us an address. The gave us Mayberry-style directions like "look for a sign" and "turn after the big curve". Once we were there a simple google maps search revealed the actual address with no help from Red Awning.3. There were no trash cans on site for full trash bags. I messaged Red Anwing and they told me to contact the host and gave a phone numver to call. 4.Before we left, I again messaged Red Awning for check out instructions and again, they told me to contact the host with a phone number. What kind of management company gets hacked, doesn't know the property address and won't help with simple inquiries like trash and check out protocol.
