Mountain Lodge 219 is a true ski-in/ski-out condominium located at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, directly next to the Ballhooter Lift and within easy walking distance of Snowshoe Village. This centrally positioned unit is ideal for guests who want immediate slope access, walkable dining and activities, and a comfortable place to unwind after a full day on the mountain.
The Mountain Lodge building offers elevator access and shared resort amenities, with nearby access to dining, shopping, ski rentals, lessons, and resort transportation. Guests can park upon arrival and enjoy the resort without needing to drive during their stay.

Great communication from host. Condo was spacious and worked great for family of 5. Location next to Balhooter lift and ski school was outstanding value for the price. Condo was clean and great place for family dinners and games in the evenings and only 1 min walk to village center. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Unit size was as expected. Better if you have small children. Was a little tight with 2 teenagers.Kitchen could use another skillet. Super Close to ballhooter lift and village.

Holiday stay at ML219

The condo itself was fine just as pictured. The location is perfect and nice to have close parking.The check in staff at ML we're absolutely terrible. I'm sure they get asked all the time if people can check in early but that doesn't mean they should act as though we're a bother. We drove 13 hours and arrived very early to get very poor customer service at the front desk.Recommendations for the future.. Please add the washer and dryer back to the hall closet. Fighting for the public area dryers was a nightmare. After skiing all day and having wet clothes and gloves being able to dry them conveniently would be a huge bonus. Also please leave a vaccum and broom/dust pan. We like to clean up regularly during a 7 day stay and we're not able to do so.

Great stay for a MTB weekend!

The property was perfect! Great location and as described. We had zero issues with checking in. Plenty of space for my husband, our daughter and myself. We hope to stay again soon !

219 Mountain Lodge

The unit has nice updates and one of the new decks. It has convenient access to both the parking lot and the slopes. The updates in the kitchen and bath are nice! My two recommendations would be to expand the bathroom via the owner's closet and make the closet in the bedroom with the hot water heater the owner's closet. The other would be to upgrade the existing kitchen cabinets with the same materials as the island which is finished very nicely. Overall a very nice 1 bedroom unit and the owners provided excellent communication and were easy to reach.

Rude customer service

The property was fine, but the mountain lodge staff is not for the customer. After not letting me check in until nearly an hour past check in time, claiming my room was not ready, when I asked about a late check out I was talked to like I was an absolute inconvenience. We were there for an event that started at 1 o clock on Sunday but had to be out of the room by 11…. I feel as if things like this should be taken into consideration on event weekends such as this.

Hopefully it’s just COVID

The unit rented was dated but functional. We found some masks and trash left behind under the couch. Had a need for new linens and the front desk told us we had all we were allowed. That was a little bit of an issue, but it was resolved after the owner was contacted. Overall the stay was ok.

Condo met our needs for the 1 night stay. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades were nice. Condo could be improved with more hooks in the hallway, a comfortable couch, and a better stocked kitchen.

The property is not in the Heart of the Village - and there were a LOT of high school age kids with parents - very loud property if a lot of kids are running around. You are right on the slopes and most if not all have balconies. I think this is a fine property, just did not suit us for a Valentines Stay.

Property was in a perfect location on the mountain centrally located for ultimate convenience. Walls and carpet could be updated to accompany all other renovations of kitchen and bathroom that have been made. Great trip and would definitely consider this property again.

We loved the condo at a Snowshoe, Mountain Lodge 219. The property was clean and organized. There were three of us for the weekend, with plenty of room. I took the bedroom, while my son and his friend took the pull-out. This was my favorite trips to Snowshoe; my son was the ‘instructor’ for his friend, so I was free to ski all Friday and Saturday, only breaking for lunch at Cheaters Pizza and rum later at The Junction. I would recommend ML219 to anyone headed for Snowshoe Mountain Resort.
