The dishwasher needed to be reattached to the wall, the 2 screws were clearly sitting on the counter above, but this was not repaired before our stay. Each time opened, the DW jarred forward, ugh! The room was clean, & adequate for the 4 of us, realizing that sofa beds are never the most comfortable. "

"Overall, a very nice room and property. We had a couple problems with electronic key access (to our room and to the front door). While inconvenient, staff always addressed the problems quickly. Make sure you read the check-in instructions and look over maps so you know where to check, etc. Overall, very nice...we will be back and stay in the Highland House."

"Love the location! Disliked the elevator not working and the we were on the 4th floor…. Luggage was a nightmare. Our room had one toilet paper roll and no one to call for more, they charge for towels to be switched out. Was not that impressed with Rimfire. "

"Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again. "
