Worst trio of my life
The basics that didn’t work and I would have over looked if we didn’t have the final straw: no heat on a 17 degree night. They offered for us to go pay for another expensive place to move and refund us for that much. We ended up having to move because it wasn’t safe for our children to be in those temperatures. It took over 3/4 hours to pack up alone (not to mention the unpacking/moving the car etc) and moving in the sub freezing temperatures with children. They said they couldn’t help us move. And the HVAC maintence person they sent literally only checked the breaker and then said: yup. It’s cold in here. Guess you’ll have to move out. Then they told me they can’t find someone because it’s a holiday week. That’s the reason we are renting up here and paying a premium-it’s a holiday. They offered a partial refund and we still had to pay the extreme cost to rent a new place at the last minute out of pocket. If not functioning heat isn’t enough for you. Here is what else was wrong:-The lockers not working (locked our skis in them and management couldn’t get them out-the group provided the wrong locker code)-the sheets don’t fit the bed (you’ll be fighting the fitted sheet all night)-sofa bed being broken (my children literally fell through it. They came and temporarily fixed it. But I’m guessing it won’t last)-toilet seat is broken (slammed and broke the skin on both my kids hands)-hot tub/gym was inaccessible/locked out-only one elevator working in the building
