Top notch management with frequent check ins about needs. Very responsive. The place itself is spacious and everything is there for a family to be comfortable. The front lobby for skis and gear and changing into indoor shoes is especially nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some good meals. The bedrooms are so cozy and comfortable, one of our party said, "It was difficult to get out of bed because the bed was so cozy and warm." If you like Keurig coffee/tea/hot chocolate, there is quite a selection. Close to shuttle. In fact, we could ski down to the shuttle the last two days because of so much snow. We also could walk to the top of Silver Creek to ski. It's real close to the snow tubing. With the snow, it was the best skiing ever. Thank you so much.
