Top-floor studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 411 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 411 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

What a wonderful property and location! This studio was fabulous. We had absolutely everything we needed for cooking meals, parking was super close by, the staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Local shuttles took us everywhere we needed to go

Great vacation stay in Aspen

This is a great little condo and absolutely perfect for one person. It was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. I loved the decor! I would stay here again. My only issues were that there is no air conditioning and the window blinds are very old and heavy. They do not go up and down anymore without getting stuck. It got quite hot and I had to keep opening the windows which is hard to do with the blinds down. There is a portable fan which helped a little bit. I would recommend to the owners to provide one of the new oscillating fans that have water cooling systems in them and replace the blinds with ones that are easier to maneuver. That would have been so much better. I could open the windows in the evening to allow some of the cool air in, but then I had to listen to the activities of the neighbors outside. Guests should know that this condo is located on the top floor, two levels up, and there is no elevator. The young man at the front desk was more than happy to help me carry my luggage and groceries upstairs though. I was very grateful for the help!! Note to owners: the satellite connection for the television is really bad. The video stream cut out quite often making it hard to enjoy any television viewing. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do on your end to correct this issue or if this is an issue with the satellite provider. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay. The artwork was beautiful. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable! I recommend this condo with the addition of a better cooling system. Thank you!!
