Perfect for large groups, retreats, or holidays our home has tons of shared space - A huge upstairs office, two living rooms, a large-format kitchen for entertaining, a dining room, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and great outdoor patio and hot tub space.

Our home is located just a few minute's drive from Snowmass Village Mall, Base Village, the Center, and Two-Creeks Base Area. We are 12 miles from all the cultural riches of downtown Aspen, and nearby all the must-visit summer sports like the Maroon Bells. 

We have ample room to park multiple vehicles. 

As you enter our home you are greeted by a large entryway with 24-hour access and a mudroom for your gear to the left. Down a half flight of stairs is a glassed-in high-ceiling living room with fireplace. Adjacent is a large open format kitchen with cocktail bar and pass-through for serving and entertaining. Beyond this and across from the kitchen is a dining table to seat 12, and a secondary seating and gaming area behind. This is a perfect spot to spread out for a weekend or Christmas night with the family. 

Behind the kitchen is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Down the hallway on the same floor is a powder room. Beyond is a bedroom with two twin beds, an attached walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with two sinks, detached vanity, and shower and bathtub with a lock-off door. 

Upstairs on the second split level are two master bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a king bed, en-suite bathrooms with lock-off showers, toilets and bathtubs adjacent to double sink vanities, and ample closet space all wrapped in fabulous style. 

One floor up is a large all-wood study and office with full couches, a bar and mini-fridge area, and an en-suite bathroom. 

In the basement, there is a second living room for the kids or break out groups, and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The twin room has a shower and tub on the attached bathroom, and the queen room a shower.

Outside there is plenty of deck space for outdoor yoga, dining, or games, and a private hot tub.

Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Concierge Service

This VRBO was a fantastic stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. A highlight of our trip was the exceptional concierge service—they went above and beyond by stocking our fridge and pantry with all the essentials, making our arrival stress-free. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Beautiful Aspen House

Had a couples retreat/engagement trip with several of our closest friends. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own personal space. Just a couple minutes drive from Snowmass Village makes for easy access to the slopes.

Fantastic Stay in Snowmass

Our stay at this VRBO with SkyRun was fantastic. The house was HUGE (exceeded expectations upon arrival), perfect for a group of 12-14 folks traveling to Snowmass for a ski birthday. The house was note even a 5 minute drive to Snowmass Mountain/ Village. There is plenty to do at the house (full of board games, multiple TVs/living rooms, DVDs/VHSs, hot tub, scenic hiking), as well as in Snowmass (skiing, shopping, food, etc).There was more than enough space at the house, and the it was also well furnished with plenty of towels, utensils, cookware, etc. Our accommodation manager Skippy was also very friendly and communicative, making sure we felt taken care of the entire time there. The wifi worked excellently (we had 8 people working from home, and there were no issues with internet access or zoom meetings). The hot tub was also fantastic (almost too hot!), and fit 4-5 people comfortably. The one piece I will note is that it was somewhat difficult to cook, as the oven has no ventilation fan, and the grill was not working during the winter. We pivoted to eating out and take out (plenty of things around), so plan accordingly if planning to cook! Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great for multiple families

While this property doesn’t appear to have been renovated or updated in a while, it has one of the best layouts for multiple families that I’ve seen in Snowmass over the 15+ years we have been renting. Multiple rooms with king sized beds, multiple living areas to spread out and separate generations, and a fantastic location not too high up Faraway. Highly recommended for anyone with 3 or more families.

Perfect Snowmass Getaway

Skippy was extremely accommodating and very responsive with all communication leading up to the stay. The home was as cozy as could be and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to book again!

Fun

Nice house, tons of room. Close to snowmass village. One of the king beds had a very firm foam mattress that killed my back but otherwise the rooms were big and held all 9 of my family members easily. Internet service in the house was great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, seasonings, etc. definitely worth checking out if you have a large group.

Weekend in Aspen

We really enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we could have asked for and more. Communication was very easy and the host left detailed instructions about everything. Our group was traveling from the east coast for our annual ski trip and our stay couldn’t have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a large, comfortable and affordable accommodation which is also located about 5 minutes drive from the base of Snowmass. While it does take about 20-30 minutes to get into downtown Aspen, we had no trouble finding cabs or other transportation into town and everyone was friendly and willing to make the trip.

Holidays in Snowmass

The house was superbly located for hitting the slopes and in a peaceful neighborhood so we could relax in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the different lounging areas. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable. The beds were so comfortable . Living room, dinning room, kitchen had so much area for us to hang out and enjoy. when we walked in we were so excited at how many bedrooms and how big they were how much space we had for our family. The deck is gorgeous too.

Perfect Property for a few families

The communication with the property manager before our stay could have been better. With that said. Once we arrived everything was excellent. We received clear directions on how to get in. A number we could call. Parking for 3-4 cars is not an issue. We had 14 People and it was very comfortable. The location near Aspen was excellent. There were two dishwashers, a must for any kitchen. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic stay in Snowmass/Aspen

This house was wonderful. Vast amounts of space and decorated to the feel of the area. A two minute drive to Snomass Mtn and Village or a 25-30 min drive into downtown Aspen, the location is great. The hot tub was a wonderful addition outside. Lots of different rooms to enjoy and decompress. The house was stocked with firewood which was also a great highlight as we loved using the fireplace. Would most definitely stay again!

Large homey Aspen getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The house was large, comfortable, and felt like home. The neighborhood is just across from a shopping plaza that includes a grocery store, liquor store, and Christy Sports where you can rent ski equipment. Home was less than a 5 minute drive to the Snowmass parking garage, making getting on the mountain very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the place!

I made an error in initially going to a condo in Snowmass village and while that is closer to the action it is not nearly as comfy as this place. This place was about a mile up a mountain over Snowmass. You will need a car. It is idyllic. The view is perfect. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Many rooms. Very well maintained. Nice area to hike from. Easy to get to the trails from this house. Perfect kitchen. All the appliances you could want. One of the nicest overall locations I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

Nice house but lots of issues

The house is very spacious, and great location. We had several issues with the hot water, heating, and electrical. The oven/stove did not work at all, and when someone came by to fix it, they turned on the indoor sauna and smoked out the whole house. The boiler is connected to the hot water heater, so you had to have the boiler (ie heat) on to have hot water....in summer warm months! A lot of small appliances had issues, and we were constantly having to check in with the property manager for help because of these issues. The oven/stove was never fixed, and we had to eat out every meal even though we had bought groceries and were staying with young toddlers - very stressful. Despite how nice the house was, I would not stay here for fear of more issues.

Spacious and beautiful views.

Plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. All the cooking and serving dishes needed. Clean. Beautiful view from the deck. We saw a bear and a fox. We would stay there again.
