"My only hiccup was calling to confirm my reservation on the day before travelling up the hill - the first staff member was unable to confirm my reservation on the first attempt after I provided name but after calling the central office I was called back and informed that I was actually confirmed but was initially told I wasn't due to me saying I booked a suite vs a cottage, providing my name or confirmation number was not sufficient it seems. "My stay at Sea Cliff was relaxing. It's a beautiful property with relaxing views of the ocean from almost all the rooms. The bed was large and comfortable. "This place has certainly gone down hill like a horror movie from the 70s scene dated furniture blood on curtain splatters from misquote swatting along with greece stains the bathroom had rusty facutes with missing cover plates oxidation on the door handles bathroom mixed matched tiles. "Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."
