"The staff was nice. However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again."

"It was inexpensive but you could tell it had been a recently remodeled trash Hotel... sketchy part of town a lot of tweakers walking around the area and the guy they had remodeling the rooms a few rooms down from us blasting his music till 11:00 at night."

"Property definitely needs some updating. Pool was not useable. That being said, the staff was friendly, it was fairly quiet, and the bed was old but comfortable. The shower was pretty dirty and only towels enough for one person. TV remote did not work and the replacement they gave us from a box of about 20 also did not work. AC worked great. It was a plus having a small store and a Jack in the Box right down the street. The shuttle driver was an interesting guy giving us a history of Seattle...

"We found a roach in our closet. The jacuzzi wouldn’t warm up either. The hotel was decent aside from worrying about bugs once we found one in the closet"

"Our king size bed only had standard size pillows. Hard to get settled. Our AC unit was very noisy as well. Room was clean and check in was easy."

"we arrived at 2am, the lobby smelled bad, we booked a king size room, they said they needed to give 2 queens, the king bed were in the back and ppl do not good things back there, (that should have been our clue to leave) we got to the room and it was 2 full size beds, we went back to desk he then gave us a king size room, we walked in and it smelled like rat pee, the chair was nasty and the seat looked like the stuffing had been removed, the couch not only had stains, there was dried food...

"Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. "

"Unfortunately, our stay fell short in several areas. 1. The restroom near the pool was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell, which made it impossible for us to use the pool at all. This should be a basic standard for any hotel. 2. During breakfast, I asked the waitress to microwave a cup of milk for my son, and she told me they would charge a fee just to do that. This felt excessive and unwelcoming, especially for such a small request involving a child. 3. On top of that, parking costs $25,...

"Clean, a lot of parking, close to a shopping area. We were using a two queen beds room for 3 people, there was not enough towels. Nice gym."
