This property has two separate listings – while this unit is private, the lakefront and outdoor spaces will be shared with the upstairs listing. Both spaces can be reserved to enjoy a family retreat with a fully private outdoor space. If you are sensitive to upstairs noise, like foot steps, we recommend you instead book the upstairs unit or the whole house.



Due to the shared spaces, we do not allow dogs except when renting the full house.



This is a serene getaway, not a party destination. Please respect the peaceful nature of the property and our neighbors.



There is no lifeguard on duty. Life jackets are required when using any watercraft. Please enjoy the lake responsibly.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the downstairs unit and all outdoor areas.

Guests will not have access to the upstairs suite, upper deck, or garage.

Note: The property is an older design and the floors are not as sound-proof as modern buildings. If you are sensitive to sounds, we recommend booking the upstairs unit or the whole property.



The upstairs space is a 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6. It can be booked separately.



The whole home can also be booked for a 3 bedroom space that sleeps 10.
