Welcome to Flowing Lake, the perfect getaway from the hectic city life and enjoy true relaxation. This open concept rambler is located less than 50 steps from the water of one of Washington's most beautiful lakes systems. The rambler, set back on the west side of the lake provides a peaceful and quiet setting with stunning waterfront views. Enjoy this idyllic lakeside retreat from the living room, deck, or private dock. Come to the lake and "check it out" for as long as you'd like. Pets welcome!

The home was on the lake and the views were stellar. The beds were comfy enough. It could use a little updating and some cozy blankets for the living room. There was some confusion about check out which made for an awkward exit. I read 11am in the information guide he sent. Check out was at 10. The host allowed us to check out at 11 but I had actually asked for a late check out at noon. I had texted 24 hours in advance as the written document had mentioned. I never heard back. Oh well. Like I said it had beautiful views that were good for the soul.

Peaceful retreat on the lake

Every year, my sister & I unplug from everything and take a weekend away. This property right on Flowing Lake is the perfect retreat. Everything is comfortable, clean, and cozy and the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. The view of the lake from the living room is perfect. Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

Comfortable home in a STUNNING setting!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at this home! We were visiting family in Monroe and stayed here with my parents and our one year-old daughter. We arrived when it was dark, and when we woke up the next morning, we were absolutely mind blown by the view and location! I feel like I have pretty high expectations for cleanliness and this place was spotless! Whenever I book a pet friendly home, I always have a little concern that it’s going to be well worn and this place absolutely is not. Every time I had a thought that I needed something I turned around and it was there! The kitchen and bathroom are both well stocked, TVs easy to use and the whole home is very comfortable. It was actually bigger than I was expecting too. The back deck, lawn area and dock are just the cherry on top! It was the most tranquil, peaceful, and overall beautiful setting. Waking up and having your coffee on the back deck, looking out at the lake was so picturesque! I feel like the photos did not do this place justice. The only shower is in the primary bedroom, but that really wasn’t an issue for us as there is a half bath in the hall. It was perfect for our group of four adults, baby and dog. The host was also very communicative and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. It absolutely was, and we will definitely be back! Just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Great location and property

We booked this property for a family friend’s wedding a few houses down at Green Gates. It was perfect for our needs - a place to gather and spend time the wedding weekend enjoying the quiet, tranquil lake and ample outdoor seating options. The house was very clean and had beautiful finishings- a great open floor plan for a group to hang out without feeling cramped. It was also so convenient to walk to the nearby State Park and to and from the wedding venue.

Awesome again!

This is our third time staying at this property. Again, it's a beautiful lake front home with a wonderful dock to tie your boat or kayak to and even to fish off of. The property is kept very clean, the interior is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The immediate neighbors are super friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. The property owners are polite, communicate in a very timely manner and personable. My wife and I are entertaining the idea of making this an annual tradition come up here every year. And we would definitely recommend staying here!

Spectacular Property

We loved our stay at this property. As experienced VRBOers, this was one of our favorites. The views are just as amazing as the online pictures show. We were there in March, so we didn't get to spend much time outdoors, but there are many outdoor amenities if you're staying here in better weather (grill, gas firepit, dock, swimming area, etc.). The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for your stay (including coffee for the coffee maker and pods for the Nespresso machine). The master bathroom is stunning. Two things I would note if you're planning to stay here - the first is that there are not two full baths, but instead a full bath and a half bath. The second is that the TVs are smart TVs. In order to watch them, you need to bring your own firestick or roku. We didn't receive that information until after we had already left home so didn't know to pack that. We weren't familiar with the area and didn't realize how far off the beaten path the house was. It worked for us because we especially enjoyed the peace and quiet and are happy to stock the refrigerator and eat in when we travel. Just know that it's a 15 minute drive on narrow, winding roads to get to restaurants or a grocery store. Vince is a wonderful, responsive host. We would love the opportunity to stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful property, very luxurious and upgraded amenities. Everything worked like it was supposed to, had everything we could possibly have needed in the kitchen and bath and otherwise. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, easy access to trash, lake, parking, etc. Hosts were so communicative and responsive! Would def recommend if you’re picky about where you stay! Also appreciated the easy checkout instructions (some rentals are ridiculous with the laundry list of things to do but not here!).

It was just prefect for us. Celebrate 1st birthday for granddaughter who is just half of a mile from this house. Worked beautifully. The view was breathtaking. Will definitely be spending more time in the future there.

Lovely stay

My adult/teen kids and I stayed for 2 nights as a last vacation before school begins. It was a lovely, clean place. We brought our kayaks and had a great time paddling. The house is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Neighbors are very close yet friendly and quiet.

Amazing stay with quality, cleanliness and views!!!

We were very impressed this weekend with the Three Lakes property we stayed at for a wedding venue close by. The property manager is a great communicator and even checked in via email that night to make sure we got in and we had what we needed. The view of the lake, quality construction of the home and the details were exceptional. We just stayed last weekend at another home on the Washington coast for the same price, and there was no comparison. Everything about this house makes you want to stay longer. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone for a true northwest experience.

Excellent!

An absolute BEAUTIFUL rental home. Place was very clean, decorated wonderfully and located right on Flowing Lake. And the view was STUNNING. The beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi-like tub in master bedroom bathroom was relaxing. One very unique experience for me was how complete the kitchen was (i.e. plates, cookware, etc). Normally I have to be ready to bring my own and it wasn’t the case here. Parking is limited to about three standard size sedans. Communication with owner was excellent and addressed whatever questions I had. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it!
