"The property was very nice and even having our host present which at first I thought was odd actually worked out really well. There was a major plumbing issue ( which is why I can’t give them 5 stars); it was handle immediately and very professionally however, it did have an impact on the vacation. They were actively putting plans together to get it permanently fixed for future guests. If I go back to Georgia, I wouldn’t mind staying here again."

We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. "The hallway smelled of weed, the bathroom door would not close, there were cockroaches everywhere, the mini fridge would not close because of a build up of ice. It was an older hotel and it has not been updated or maintained. It was disgusting."
