Work and play! 1 GB internet, fastest available on the island, making this a perfect remote working/learning getaway, along with a mesh WiFi system allowing you to get maximum WiFi strength in any area of the house.

The spacious, open floor plan living room boasts stunning ocean views, beautiful cathedral ceilings, and plenty of comfy seating. Endless entertainment options on the 65” flat screen TV with Roku. The modern kitchen is perfect to create your seaside meals, well-stocked to please any gourmet cook, and includes all new Whirlpool dishwasher, Cuisinart pots/pans, and kitchenware. The large farmhouse dining table seats 10 with room for four more at the counter. Nespresso coffee machine including milk frother! (Pods not provided - fits Nespresso Original sized pods)

All 5 bedrooms offer private, en-suite full bathrooms, thick comfortable mattresses to ensure a restful night sleep, Smart TVs equipped with Roku, USB charging ports, and small laundry baskets. All bedrooms have new modern furniture and bedding to keep you comfortable, new lighting/fans, and all bathrooms received new sink faucets & showerheads. All bedrooms feature slider doors that lead to a furnished covered deck.

Outdoor Spaces: 

The living room leads to an oceanfront sundeck with a private hot tub and polywood chairs/rocking chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail! Also perfect for stargazing! Enjoy your private walkway out to the beach, along with an additional large deck situated over the dunes and steps from the ocean. An enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower can be found next to the 1st floor side entrance of the home. There are also multiple other feet washing stations close to the bedroom beach-side entrances. In the first floor storage room, you’ll find a variety of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that will provide for hours of summer fun and relaxation.

Location: 

Your beach rental is located approximately 6.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll love the peach and quiet here! Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Sneads Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
