A vacation stay @ THE PEACH offers a well deserved escape to a nice oceanfront/oceanside home on a secluded wide sandy beach. This 10 bedroom, 7.5 bath house offers four master suites. Two suites have two person whirlpool tubs and separate showers with multiple body sprayers. The "Honeymoon Suite" complete with a king size canopy bed, sitting area, tiled bath, two person Heart-Shaped Jacuzzi, an ultra-luxurious shower with body sprayers and ocean views from the private balcony will provide the most romantic setting.

With over 5000 square feet of living space, your whole family can spread out and enjoy all this home has to offer. While waiting for dinner to finish in the gourmet kitchen, you can shoot a game of pool on the regulation slate pool table. There are multiple sundecks so you can enjoy the ocean views or watch a sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Location:
Your beach rental is located in North Topsail Beach approximately 8.1 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Sneads Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

This oceanside retreat is set back from the ocean on a piano key lot with private & direct beach access approximately 50 yards in length.
Smoke Free - smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises
No Pets By Tenants
Two of the smaller bunk bedrooms do not have a closet.

Towels, Sheets, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Laundry/Soap, etc. are not included. Please read below.

Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See Ward Realty's website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this vacation rental does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
