Unit 2404, a beautifully updated condo located in the center building of the resort, has a stunning ocean view from the living room and balcony.  Immerse yourself in soothing white on white decor and upgraded features like shiplap detailing, granite counters, and easy to clean LVP flooring.  Your beach home away from home awaits!



Ground Level: Free Parking for 2 vehicles. Outdoor showers at the pool.  Elevator or Stairs to property level.



Property Level: We are a one story condo on the fourth floor.

Guest bedroom: Queen and twin over twin bunks.  

Guest Bathroom: 

Laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs

- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed. While owners are allowed to bring their dog, St. Regis HOA does not permit travelers to bring a pet. 



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. The condo was clean and well decorated, however, we had a few problems during our stay. When arriving, it states that check in is between 4-6pm and not to go in until they text us that we can enter. However, we didn’t a text to go in until 7pm. The microwave tripped the breaker of it and the refrigerator every time we tried to use the microwave. We called about it and they didn’t come until the next day to look at it. When they came, they couldn’t fix it and needed an electrician. Additionally, our AC broke during g our stay. Thankfully, they did come that same day and was able to fix it.

Everything you need in a beach condo

Property manager was great. Code wasn’t working upon check-in. Our call was answered in seconds and a new code activated. Condo is nice and clean. It had everything we need for a family beach vacation. Linen service was great as well. We like the St. Regis for the amenities. Small coffee/ice cream shop, pool lunch spot, and the pirate bar are nice to have steps away. The small game room is nice for evenings staying in with the teenagers. We enjoyed cornhole by the pool as well as the outdoor checkers. Small gym for when the guilt of vacation diet hits haha. Staff keeps the main areas clean working all day as well. All in all great stay!

Memorial Day week

The condo was well appointed with excellent views of the ocean and beach. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and very well organized. The grounds and common areas are all well maintained. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!
