Trash Service: Completely managed for you! Pickup is on Tuesdays. Our team handles moving and returning the bins; simply ensure your bagged trash is placed in the outdoor bins before pickup.

📋 Seamless Booking & Safety Requirements
To protect our beautiful home and guarantee a safe, secure experience for all guests, we utilize a quick and seamless pre-arrival verification system.

Primary renter must be 25 years or older with photo ID submitted within 72 hours of booking.

Before check-in instructions are released, guests will simply sign a short electronic rental agreement, upload a government ID, and choose between a fully refundable security deposit authorization (released within 7 days of checkout) OR a small accidental damage protection policy.
