The property boasts two master suites; the first is equipped with a king-sized bed and provides direct access to the deck and the beach. The second master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, is situated on the second floor next to the kitchen and comes with its own private balcony. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. Including the sofa bed in the living area, this property accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. A generous living room, dining area, and kitchen make this property ideal for your seaside escape. Nestled in North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island, you'll discover nearby shopping, entertainment options for both children and adults, along with abundant sandy shores and vibrant blue waters.

Ocean front and functional

Top deck for sun and bottom deck for shade. Air conditioning that works well with 2 zones. Easy beach access as long as you can use stairs. Small, but livable living room and kitchen. I slept very well during my stay. Bring your linens, towels, beach chairs, soap, and paper products. Otherwise it has everything you need. Ice maker works. Drip coffee maker. We would stay again. Only issue was some dust and cockroaches, but it's a beach rental so it wasnt bad.

Lovely place

We loved the house and location--nice beachy decor but not too cutesy. We enjoyed the hightop dining table on the beach side deck and ate dinner there every night. The kitchen was well stocked though we didn't cook anything fancy. The dishwasher was broken and wasn't fixed until our last day but it wasn't a huge problem. The outside shower made a great place to stash our beach stuff overnight so it didn't blow away. There are a lot of steps, so if that is a problem, look elsewhere-but most beach houses have steps. We loved our stay and will come back!

Loved Being Right on the Beach!

We enjoyed our family reunion at the beach! We especially loved being right on the beach and waking up in the mornings with a cup of coffee, watching the sun come up! Lovely decor in the home. There are games and puzzles and books. We had a little trouble figuring out the TV remotes, but we didn't spend much time watching TV anyway! The kitchen is nicely equipped. We had everything we needed! There was nice pantry space also for the food we brought with us. The lower level bedrooms were quite warm at night, even with the ceiling fans. Would recommend bringing an extra small fan or fans. All in all, we loved it! Definitely got our exercise going up and down the stairs, but it was all worth it!

Beautiful Ocean Views

We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. It’s very close to the water, which I love. From the upstairs kitchen and living area, the view is nothing but beautiful water. My favorite spot was the downstairs master bedroom and it’s deck overlooking the water. From the upstairs deck we enjoyed the moon rise plus star-gazing every night.

Our Stay 8/24/20 to 8/29/20

Our stay was great! We never stayed in a duplex before, but this one was great! The location to the beach was amazing (right down the steps), you are close to the shops & the grocery stores, and the views from the deck are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to North Topsail Beach and we highly recommend SeaShore Realty Group Rentals for booking.
