    Gorgeous oceanfront townhome on North Topsail Beach with stunning views. Located in Shipwatch Villas, it offers easy beach access, a seasonal pool, and complimentary beach gear. Outdoor spaces include a patio, and oceanfront decks on each level! Two bedrooms boast their own oceanfront balconies. The air-conditioned interior is beautiful with ocean views from all around. A well-equipped kitchen, and a highchair for our younger guests make this the ultimate family getaway!

Everything from check in to check out was great! This rental had everything needed to make it a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, games, movies and a beautiful view from every floor!

The location of the property was definitely amazing! Quiet area, easy access to town, the beach, ocean views from the two main bedrooms, with balconies on all three levels! Alan was very attentive and gave great food ideas! They had everything you needed to cook and clean as needed making the stay stress free! Hope we get to book tho location again In the future!

Amazing Stay for Fourth of July!

We loved our stay at this beach condo! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

From start to finish, our vacation Stay was wonderful. Alan was very communicative, and attentive to our needs. The property was beautiful right on the beach with ocean views from just about every room. There are a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store 10 minutes away. It was perfect. We will definitely be back again.

Beach Home Getaway

Me and the family really enjoyed our stay. It’s very peaceful. You can’t get no closer to the ocean than this house. Allen is a great host. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I had an amazing time! This rental is very cozy and relaxing! The bed on the 3rd floor was extremely comfortable! This place has everything you need and more! It was very clean and well taken care of! We would definitely recommend this place. Also, Alan was very helpful and was great at communicating with me! Definitely loved the 3 decks to watch the ocean!

Amazing location, beautiful pool, and a modern, cozy stay within Ocean Dreams

We had an issue with another property, but Alan at Paragon Vacations came through in the clutch and we were pleasantly surprised at the Ocean Dreams property. For a family of 6 with 4 children under 10, this place was setup perfectly for us. We could tell immediately the owners of the property had kids as it had everything we needed. The aesthetic was modern with many recent updates. TV's in every room. 3 balconies right over top of the dunes. The pool was a quick walk away. Honestly, I don't think there's a thing I would change.

Perfect Spring Break Location

Having never been to North Carolina before, I was a little skeptical about finding a place close to the beach (especially since we were visiting a Marine at Camp Lejeune). It turns out this amazing beach house was perfect! The inside was very welcoming, modern, and accommodating for our group. Each level had one or two patios, and it was right on the beach with easy access. We enjoyed the sunshine, watching the boats, gathering seashells, and watching the dolphins as they swam by. Sleeping with the windows open at night was an extra bonus! Can you say complete relaxation? This worked out as a great location to explore Topsail, Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, and Wilmington. We loved it, and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Perfect ocean view and place to escape

Our Urban Escape was perfect. The entire home was clean and looked to have been decorated professionally with a beach like theme in mind. Each 3 levels provided a balcony view of the ocean and morning sunrises are fantastic. We were able to see dolphins every day we were there and glad we brought binoculars to get better views of that. This is an excellent beach for collecting lots of seashells and shark teeth. There was a nice park down the road for our kids to play basketball, volleyball and for those who have small children, it had a fenced in area with playground equipment. This particular unit was right on the corner which provided more privacy. I loved how it has a washer and dryer in this home and provided everything you would need for cooking. Just bring your own food and drinks and your all set. Not a single complaint. We feel very lucky to have booked such a nice unit.

Loved the balconies and beach/pool access

Overall we loved our stay here. The beach and pool were easily accessed, the views from the balcony were perfect, and the place was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. My 2 year old had a blast going up and down all the stairs. Our only complaints: when we arrived, the dishes were still in the dishwasher, the powder room toilet wasn't flushed, and the kids' room had such a strong chemical cleaning smell that I could not let my son sleep in there so he had to stay in my room. We tried airing it out but it remained for the entire stay. If you like to go out to eat, this location is a bit far from the restaurants and shops. But if you like to cook for yourself, this is a great place to bring food and never leave! There is a food lion about 12 minutes away which isn't bad. But if you are looking to walk to get food, this probably isn't the place for you. However, you can walk to the St. Regis for ice cream! I would recommend this place to family and friends and just prepare them to bring all their food so they can just post up and enjoy the beach and pool! Also--when you check out, remember to return the parking pass and pool fob...it isn't listed in the checkout reminders so I forgot when we left and had to drive back. Maybe they will update their checkout procedures to include a reminder, that would be very helpful!
