Enjoy stunning ocean and sound views, a private elevator, a community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, multiple community beach walkovers, and a dock with a kayak launch.

Relax in the spacious, light-filled living area featuring plush blue sofas, cozy swivel chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and expansive windows showcasing breathtaking views. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the built-in bar offering sound views and seating for two at the kitchen island. The modern kitchen boasts white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and ample prep space.

The first-floor master suite offers a king bed, deck access, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. Additional covered deck spaces on each floor provide the perfect spot to enjoy ocean breezes and scenic views.

The rec room is designed for fun and relaxation, with a large sectional couch, wall-mounted TV, foosball table, and a new video arcade machine featuring 60 games, ideal for guests of all ages.

Unwind with a brand-new hot tub, perfect for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy friendly competition with the ping pong table and relax in the Adirondack seating located in the carport for outdoor fun.

Community Dock & Ramp: Dock open from sunrise to sunset. Use at your own risk. Children under 12 years of age must accompanied by an adult (21 years or older). Ramp is for launching small watercraft only (i.e. Canoes & Kayaks). Trailers are subject to getting stuck. No parking vehicles or trailers on the street or they may be towed. No running or horseplay allowed. Please be considerate of neighbors and guests.
Parking: Up to 8 Parking Spaces in the driveway, depending on vehicle size
Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
State of the art WIFI network installed to provide high speed access throughout the house. *Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
