Pass the Salt is a direct oceanfront, end-unit townhouse/duplex in the Villas by the Sea community of North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. This beautiful property offers stunning sunrise views and is just steps from the Seaview Pier.

This home is a townhouse/duplex, not a standalone property.

The community pool is heated and available to all Villas by the Sea homeowners and guests. It is heated and is open April 1 – October 31.

• Additional cleaning and linen fees apply (all beds are freshly prepared before arrival)

• Spacious dining area seats 10, plus 6 additional seats at the kitchen bar

• Oceanfront deck with hot tub (serviced twice weekly) and boardwalk to the beach (shared with attached unit)

Rental Policies:

• Saturday–Saturday, 7-night stays from May through October

• Lower minimum night stays available in the off-season

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Signed rental agreement and valid ID required for all reservations

• Renter must be 25+ years old, with ID matching credit card

• No smoking/vaping, no pets (per HOA rules), no events

• Parking for up to 4 vehicles (no overflow parking available)
