We had to keep pounding down nails on the upper deck. The deck seems to be pretty shaky as well. The door tracks were slimy and moldy in the main bathroom shower on the top floor. A simple scrubbing would clean it up.Ultimately, worth the cost and lots of room. But OMG the stairs are a game changer. Wouldn't stay there again because of the stairs.
