Be sure to make this beach-view beauty your next vacation spot! You'll be located right on the coast next to some awe-inspiring locations such as Surf City Pier where you can take a lovely stroll along the boardwalk and listen to the crashes of the waves against the pier's sturdy legs. Topsail Beach is just a short drive away if you're up for a fun-filled day in the sun with a good book in hand under the shade of an umbrella.

After a day out exploring, your four-bedroom home awaits you in this prime location right by the beach. You'll be mere steps away from the sandy shores so start your morning off right with a nice warm cup of coffee on the large upper deck watching the sunrise over the ocean. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the dolphins! Inside of the vacation rental, you'll find a full kitchen set up with stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan with room for everyone to kick back and relax. Gather around the table in the living area with drinks and put on the TV as you rest your feet up on the home's sectional couch, or end the night simmering in your own private hot tub. Throw on some pajamas and cozy up under the sheets for a well-deserved good night's rest.

Great place for a larger group. I rented for the hot tub but it had a film and was foggy our entire trip. No direct beach access. You will have to walk or drive which was fine for us given it was too cold for the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the deck people watching.

This was an excellent rental and location. The ease of letting the dogs out to the enclosed fenced area was perfect. The elevator was very convenient for loading and unloading luggage, etc. beds were very comfortable. The couch is different from the picture, a newer sectional couch, which was very comfortable. Beach access is only down the street and not a far walk. The house was clean and had no smells. There were lots of blankets and extra pillows. The hot tub was very nice. The outdoor grill, which we did not use, was dirty inside. That’s are only complaint. Other than that, the place needs a few lightbulbs changed and retighten the toilets. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a lot of spices and seasonings. Would definitely come back to this location.

House had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa was changed from the pictures. I would prefer one that can be wiped off like the picture but overall a good trip. Beach views were amazing. Direct beach access would make it pretty close to perfect.

House is very spacious and clean. Beach view was excellent. Loved that the top deck off the living area and master bedroom had some shade. We could use it all day, morning and afternoon. The other 3 bedrooms on the lower floor all had beach views and a deck also. Only down side was no direct beach access…public beach access was 7 house down the road.

Family Time

Lovely home with tasteful decor. Elevator a major plus. Love beach view from all bedrooms. Quality appliances. Wine/beverage center great. Well appointed kitchen and laundry.One of the barstools needs repair. Upstairs shower and 2nd floor tub drain very slowly.Only one dishtowel available- we had to hand wash dishes because of dishwasher leak- repairman on site Tues, part ordered. Didn’t want to ruin floor with leaking dishwasher. He advised we could use it and place towel underneath to absorb water, but we didn’t chance further leaking. The part had not arrived for install before we left. No major problem, just need more kitchen linens.

Beautiful House with Pelican Flight Path

Be on Pelican Watch! They fly by in big pods close to the balcony and the view is amazing!! The house is just beautiful with a complete kitchen, comfy beds and huge bathrooms!

Beautiful home right on the water.

Easy and responsive communication with Vacasa. Beautiful home, well equipped. Elevator was a nice convenience to bring up gear. Beach access a block or so down. Stayed over Christmas would def return in summer.

Heavenly home

We absolutely loved everything about the interior of the house. Luckily we made friends with the house that owned the closest beach access and they allowed us to use it. If we had to use the public access at the end of the street it would have been a big annoyance. Enjoyed the elevator on move-in and out days. Hot tub was very nice. 100% would book again.

The house was the perfect layout for our family of 6 plus 2 dogs. Kids downstairs, parents upstairs. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs while we enjoyed the hot tub. (The hot tub is not pictured but it is lovely and seats 6). I loved that every bedroom had a sliding glass door onto the back deck facing the ocean. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dish tabs, etc. The kids enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the beach access road. I counted 200 steps from the house path to the beach access. It really isn’t bad at all. We did not want to leave and plan to stay longer next year. *The elevator spoiled us and we can never stay in a beach house without one now.

Best Rental Ever

The absolute best we've ever rented. My husband and I have traveled regularly coast to coast with our dog and babies and this was the cleanest most comfortable home. The linens were all high end cotton, no cheap microfiber. The kitchen is a cooks kitchen with a dry bar and beer/wine fridge. The hot tub area was clean and large. The storage closet featured beach chairs, a wagon, a tent, corn hole, sand toys, bikes and kites! The house also had a pack n play and plenty of kids tableware. What a wonderful place for a large family. Kudos to the agency vacasa and also to the homeowner.

Great Place for a Winter Weekend

We loved everything about the house and the amenities provided. Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the hot tub cover was blown off, a lot of water blew out and there was sand in the tub, plus the wind blew down the gate to the courtyard. These are hazards of being oceanfront. The house was amazing! Elevator is a bonus for all the right reasons. I would recommend less scratchy bed linens, but otherwise the beds were comfortable. Great to have our furry family with us too! Location is perfectly situated between Surf City and North Topsail Beach. Would definitely rent again.

Nice place.

The house was very nice in a convenient location. However, the weather turned cold and the heat in the house was not working properly. Cold nights made the vacation uncomfortable and limited what we were able to do.
