Beautiful Beachfront and Bayfront House

Relax, breathe the ocean air, and create lifelong memories at this gorgeous beachfront and bay front open concept home. Just steps to your private beach to the front and with a private dock to the bay in the back, you will get the best of both worlds. Beautiful views throughout the home to the bay and to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful time, relaxing at the beach, creating wonderful family memories, or sharing a romantic oceanfront experience.

PLEASE NOTE THE BEACH ACCESS WAS WASHED AWAY IN A STORM AND THE DUNES WERE REPLACED, CURRENTLY GUESTS WILL HAVE TO ENTER THE BEACH FROM AN ACCESS POINT ON EITHER SIDE OF THE HOME, BOTH OF WHICH ARE A APPROXIMATELY 3 MINUTE WALK

Each of the downstairs rooms contains a king sized bed and a smart tv. Upstairs, there are two bunk beds with four total twin sized beds. Beneath the home in the ground floor room there are several items for your enjoyment free of charge including several bicycles, sports equipment, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, two grills, two picnic tables and more.

There are decks front and back with furniture for lounging and lazing or for just enjoying the fantastic views. And remember to bring your kayak or jet skis!! The boat dock has had an extension added to make it easier to board. **please be aware that any activity that you or anyone in your group engages in is at your own risk and you are solely responsible**. **please be aware that the home was built in 1982 and, while there have been many improvements and modifications, certain details of the home show wear** **please note that 1 of the 3 bathrooms is outdoors behind the back staircase (see photos)**
