This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex offers relaxed coastal comfort, beautiful sunset sound views, and outdoor living spaces designed for easy beach days and laid-back evenings.

Start your mornings on one of two spacious decks with coffee and coastal breezes. Spend the day at the beach — just a 6-minute walk or quick bike ride — then return home to unwind in shaded seating areas beneath the deck, perfect for afternoon lounging or family game time.

Inside, you’ll find:

• Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals

Fabulous stay as usual in a wonderfully maintained home. Eileen was very responsive as the host. We love staying here, as we know everything will be immaculate and in great working order, and there will be nothing to do but enjoy the beach.

Thoughtful touches

Everything about this beach house is thoughtfully planned. There are 4 outdoor seating areas, a large outdoor shower, numerous beach chairs and bikes, ample linens/towels, clean bathrooms, and a beautiful well-stocked kitchen. I have visited North Topsail for 20 years, and this is one of the best properties. The closest beach access is just a 1/4 mile walk.

This property was a 10/10, we are hoping to return to it again next year. The host was a great communicator and made our check-in/out seamless. The location was an easy walk to the beach and the house had everything you could ever want or need while on vacation. Amazing place with everything you need!

We loved our stay at Daydreamer. My family and I came to town for my niece's graduation. I've stayed at a fair number of rentals and this one is one of the best. The place was well maintained, clean, and had so many "extras" that you don't normally get when renting. There was shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, cups, etc. Dishwasher soap, baggies, filters for the coffee maker, garbage bags etc.It's obvious the owner wants to make the place comfortable for guests and has thought through every last detail. It was wonderful to have a cooler for the beach, a charcoal grill for grilling, beach chairs and toys. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful inviting home in a great area

Love the home and Eileen was so helpful prior to the stay. The home is perfectly laid out and has everything you need for a stay. Comfy beds and a great kitchen to cook in. We did not use all the Mike's or toys in the garage but could imagine a younger family being thrilled.

Amazing stay, beautiful home!

Duplex was beautifully maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. True to the listing it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it’s a perfect location. The owner was quick to answer any questions, very helpful. I’ll definitely be using it for future vacations.

DayDreamer

DayDreamer was just as pictured. One of the nicer places we have rented over the years. The home was well stocked with kitchen items, games, and other accessories making our first night in house less stressful. Eileen communicated promptly and courteously. Only item to note was proximity to beach access…it’s only a short walk but with 2 littles and a bunch of stuff to haul that was tedious. Overall, worth the longer walk to the beach.

Our vacation was great with this rental. It had everything we needed a d lots of space to sprawl out. The chairs, cooler, little push car and beach cart were amazing to not have to bring. Our son loved all the beach toys and the push car. We would rent this place again next year!

Family beach vaca

The house was lovely and a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the tandem bike a lot and it was a short drive to the grocery store for whatever we needed during our stay. Would recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy North Topsail

Family reunited

Our family had not been together in over a year and a half so we meet at the beach where our son lives. Our daughter came in from out of the country along with her children so it was a sweet family time. The house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. Perfect Week

This property is wonderful! Perfect house with everything you may need and then some. A bit further out from the main island but I loved that aspect! Neighborhood was quiet and the beach access was convenient and not crowded like other parts of the beach. I really enjoyed all the extras that came with this house (bikes, corn hole, beach chairs, etc). Our girls (5 and 3) loved everything about this house and it was absolutely perfect! We hated to leave. Thanks for everything!
