Check-in info was sent via text and very easy to follow. Loved the unit we stayed in. It was ready a little early, very clean, and stocked with so many things. Some of the things most helpful were the cooler, beach chairs, and beach wagon. Its location was great. I was also impressed with St Regis employees who always made sure to say hello and smile. Communication was always great. Already talking to the family about coming back next summer!

Great location

This property is located in North Topsail, which is quiter and was perfect for our family. A resturant and icecream shop on site. Could stay and not leave for anything. Perfect weekend trip

St Regis Condo

This property being beachfront was convenient. A few issues did crop up though: close proximity to the outside pool was a problem as a party went on past midnight one night, roaches/palmetto bugs, poor internet service, dated facility, poor water pressure, so called activities were non existent, no smart tv, too few luggage carts for crowds on check in and check out days, outside areas ( hallways, parking lots, etc) were not clean.

Never been to Topsail

This rental is exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, and just enough room for the five adults and 1 toddler in our family. We chose to bring our own bedding and towels and that worked out fine. We enjoyed listening to the music on the balcony from the pool (which is right below the balcony... so if you are annoyed by night time pool noise, this rental may not be for you... the pool noise was usually over by 11pm). A few suggestions (not complaints)... could use several towel hooks... at the door coming in for beach towels and in the bathroom for bath towels. Also, bathrooms could use a vent fan. We ate out three times: Rick’s, which is over the bridge, Sears Landing in Surf City, and Riverview Cafe in Sneads Ferry... all were great choices. Surf City is only 15 minutes away and has a few activities to check out. Overall, we were content with our visit to North Topsail.

Property worked well for what we were wanting. We spent a lot of time at the ocean and pool.

People above us were smokers and threw them off their balcony and landed on ours on multiple occasions. Property is a little dated but wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Overall it was an enjoyable trip.

Nice apartment - missing a few amenities

Overall it was a pleasant rental. Kitchen not well stocked with cooking utensils. Additional lighting in living area is needed. Dryer was not working. Beach and pool area were nice.
