Welcome to paradise! Bring the whole family to enjoy some of the most beautiful, peaceful and least crowded beaches on the NC coast. North Topsail Beach offers seclusion from the hustle & bustle of downtown island life, and is itself a getaway within a vacation destination. The north end is truly serene, and the colors popping from the back deck sunset views are breathtaking. Come enjoy the expansive accommodations, the beach, the pool (seasonal*) and all the amenities Topsail Island has to offer!

This is a 4 bed, 4 bath spacious beach house with plenty of decking to enjoy the most spectacular sunset views on the island. Enjoy dry weather entry from under the carport, and ride the elevator if you'd like from the bottom all the way to the top floor master! Bamboo and tile flooring throughout, with a fully stocked kitchen, beach themed furnishings, ceiling fans throughout, and multiple wall-mounted 4K Smart Roku TVs. Each bedroom features style, luxurious linens and access to a private deck. Home also features a Polywood dining set and several adirondacks for your outdoor comfort and style. There's even a desk and chair for getting some work done on your trip!

Get ready to do as much or as little as you would like, it's time to relax & unwind on island time :)

Linens & bath towels are provided! Bedrooms are:
-Bedroom 1: King bed (master with ensuite bath) on its own separate floor
-Bedroom 2: King bed (master with ensuite bath)
-Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds
-Bedroom 4: Queen bed and Full/Twin bunk bed
Note that bedrooms 2-4 are all on the same floor.

We provide many beach items on site including chairs, umbrella, skim boards, etc. There are also multiple rental shops on the island available to meet all of your additional home & beach rental needs! (see digital guidebook sent upon booking)

Elevator - Runs from ground level all the way to the top, covering all three livable floors! Extremely rare.

Pool - The pool is shared among only 4 townhomes, and we have great neighbors! We just ask that our guests be courteous & respectful of other owners and their ability to peacefully enjoy the pool as well.

*Note: The pool is seasonal, and is currently CLOSED for the 2025 season (as of 10/1/25). The pool generally opens each year in May before Memorial Day, and remains open through Sep/Oct as weather permits.

The home was very spacious and an absolute wonderful view of the inlet. The walk to the beach took us just a few minutes and was easily accessible. We hope to come back next year and stay!

Spacious and airy house

Overall a beautiful house. Plenty of space for everyone. The beach access was a bit confusing and frustrating to find. The only sign we saw was of a private property access, which turned out to be the right one to get to the beach.There isn’t much to do around without having to drive.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was very spacious and the elevator was super helpful for getting things to all 4 floors. The view off the back porch is great when unwinding during the evening. Beach access was very convenient.

Great stay!

We enjoyed a quick 2 night stay and loved the place. The views were beautiful. Because of recent storms, we had to drive to a public access for beach, but it was only about 1 mile down the road. Owners were very accommodating and had great communication. Any questions asked were answered very quickly. Quiet neighborhood, great house, comfortable beds, and great location!

Spectacular stay at the Beach

AMAZING HOME!!

Our house was exactly as described! My husband and I were married on the beach that was just mins away!! Our family came in from Chicago and Canada to celebrate and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about our rental. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The owners were very good with communicating. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!! 5 stars!!!

Awesome Memories!

Gorgeous house! Magical sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Very clean and spacious inside with a fully stocked kitchen. They have very nice linens and pillows – I usually bring my own pillow, but not needed here. Now, I wish I was back there! It is one of the nicest houses that we have stayed at on Topsail. The host was great! Easy to communicate with and always available. I wish that we were able to stay longer – we will be back.

Gorgeous views

This house was perfect for our group of 10 adults. Plenty of space and a nicely stocked kitchen. The views are absolutely breathtaking and we spent most of our weekend hanging out on the balcony just enjoying the scenery.
