Conch Shells and Cocktails offers four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind for the evening.
As you step inside Conch Shells and Cocktails you will immediately be captivated by the panoramic views of the beautiful Topsail Island shoreline. The expansive windows fill the open living area with natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere. Relax in the comfortable seating as you enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean waves crashing against the shore.
This lovely beach home is laid out with a reverse floorplan. The living area, kitchen, dining and one of the king master bedrooms is located on the upper level (2nd level) to enhance the beautiful ocean and Intracoastal views.
The lower level (1st level) consists of another king master bedroom with private bath, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with queen bunks, a full bath and a laundry room.
The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, comfortable arm chairs, end tables with lamps, coffee table (with storage for videos and board games), ceiling fan, Smart TV and direct access out to the oceanfront deck. The deck is equipped with comfortable resin style furniture which includes a dining table with 4 chairs and other Adirondack style resin chairs and tables. Step out on the deck and breathe in the salty ocean air and enjoy the gentle ocean breezes. With direct beach access, you can spend your days lounging on the white sandy beach, building sandcastles, or taking leisurely walks along the beach.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation including all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range oven combo, built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a dual Keurig and regular coffee pot, toaster and blender. Well stocked with all the standard pots, pans, cookware, dinnerware etc. The kitchen is also equipped with a food pantry and an adjacent half bath.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is open to a wall of glass windows that showcase the sparkling Atlantic Ocean in the background. You will not want to miss your spot at this table. The dining table is granite and will seat 8 comfortably with 4 others at the kitchen counter bar area.
Master bedroom 1 - To the rear of the home on this same top level you will find one of the two king master bedrooms. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, flatscreen Smart TV, closet, private Intracoastal facing balcony and a private bath with jetted tub and shower.
As you head downstairs to the 1st living level you will find Master bedroom 2 which is located on the oceanfront side of the home. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, mirror, closet, ceiling fan, flatscreen Smart TV and a private bath with tub and shower. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable seating as well as access down to the pool and out to the beach. Also, on this deck is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
To the rear of the home, you will find bedroom 3 which is equipped with a queen bed, storage chest, night stand and lamp, closet, ceiling fan and flatscreen Smart TV. This bedroom also has access out to the Intracoastal facing balcony.
Bedroom 4 is located on the rear of the home and is equipped with a queen bunk bed (2 queens that sleep 4). This room also has a storage chest, closet as well as access out to the Intracoastal facing balcony.
Down the hallway adjacent to the bedrooms is a large bath with tub and shower as well as a full laundry area with washer and dryer.

The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th. This property is managed by Coastline Realty Vacations 2 dogs max in this home. No other animals are allowed. This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
