Enjoy sitting out on the beach or on 1 of the decks watching the sunrise or the dolphins swim by. Sit in the hot tub while listening to the waves. Kids can safely play on this private street. We offer the following; all bed linens, bath & hand towels, hand soap, Coffee pot/Keurig maker, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, laundry soap, toilet tissue (2 per bathroom), dishwasher and dishwashing liquid, a few kitchen trash bags, smart TV’s in living room and bedrooms, crockpot, stockpot, blender and all kitchen utensils, ping pong, arcade game machine with 12 games and other toys and games. Pets are welcome too. Views of the ocean & beach from the living-room and 3 of the bedrooms. Great for dolphin watching. Outside shower for washing up after a day at the beach. We had a wonderful wintertime family gathering in Topsail and really appreciated how the house supported multiple generations being together. The younger kids loved the game room, a family member with mobility challenges appreciated the elevator option, and we all enjoyed the open kitchen / living room space for meals and games together. The owners were very responsive, the house was clean and well-equipped, and the location was beautiful with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! We'd stay again for a future trip.

This rental was so clean!! The home is completely updated. Every thing needed was there. The view is 10/10. Beach access is private and limited. There was an HVAC issue we noticed and the owners sent a company out that same day! They were very responsive each time we communicated. Truly a great rental. We are hoping to come back very soon!

Beautiful views

My family and I really enjoy our short stay here. Not much to complain at all! The house was clean and inviting. The ocean views from the house are incredible and access to the beach is just right across the street. Laura is also a wonderful host! Highly recommended!

Beachfront Happy Place

We rented this home for our daughter’s sixteenth birthday. We had four adults and six teens and the home was perfect! Plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The property is on the beach and has a delightful living area and got in. The host was wonderful and very responsive!! We’ll definitely look to visit here again!

Special Coastal Memories

My family and I loved “Coastal Memories!” It was right on the beach with plenty of room, access to each floor via an elevator, and all the conveniences of home. The owner Laura was available and cooperative throughout the process, as needed. Thanks, Laura, for making our stay memorable for my daughter’s birthday!

Momma's with Marine getaway

Dream come true for oceanfront lovers with families & friends .ho.e is right on the beach per say. Home has multiple oceanfront bedrooms with access to the multi decks that are oceanfront, full views. Open floor plan for kitchen, dining, frontroom as well a full view of hot tub on top deck makes for a wonderful way to continue interaction with family/friends while cooking, eating, kicking back on comfortable clean furniture. T.v's, all updated & all remotes work. Rooms all good size an beds slept well. There was just lots of space to spread out. This home will always be our 1st choice when returning to this area.

Beautiful vacation home, very tastefully decorated, fantastic views, (elevator was awesome)! Laura was very accommodating & prompt in answering any questions. Loved all the beach chairs & toys that were supplied. Appreciate Laura as a super host!!

I would highly recommend this listing. Updating they did was fantastic. Location is beautiful. Couple of suggestions: could use a broom and dustpan on each level and more hooks are needed in the bathrooms for hanging towels and wet suits.

Exceptional Family Experience

The property was everything stated in the listing and more. The number of bedrooms was perfect for our 8 adults and one toddler. The elevator made it so easy to move large amounts of food to the top living/dining area. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cool days and the great beach on the warm days. The owner was very gracious to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay down to providing quality toilet tissue and brought extra kitchen towels. There were TVs in every room and games, books and puzzles to enjoy. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week at Topsail!

The best sleep we’ve ever had outside of our own beds! Beautiful updates, elevator was a lifesaver and had all amenities that we could ask for! Dolphin watching was easily done and the beach access and hot tub made our trip! Laura was amazing to work with too! We will be back!

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful home, just as described

We had a great time at this property. Everything was very, very clean and worked properly. Kitchen had everything we needed for the cooking that we did. The hot tub on the top floor gave a great view of the ocean, while still providing some quiet and privacy. Laura was great with the check-in and overall communication. We were here for a wedding, but if we ever come back to Top Sail for pleasure, I'd love to stay here again.

Stay Here! It’s Perfect for Families.

The owners were immediate in communicating with me any time I had a question. The house was extremely clean and it was obvious the owners take pride in ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay. My siblings & I loved the location & the elevator was a nice bonus in hauling our luggage & groceries to the main living space. The view from all the decks was amazing & my siblings who snagged the oceanside rooms felt spoiled. I took the soundside room which was just fine for me & my service dog. I love Topsail Island & the north side where we stayed is the place to be if you want a place that’s a little less congested. Laura & Keith’s place is perfect for adults & families with a dog who loves the beach,

Very nice house with comfortable beds, wonderful porches that look right out onto the beach. Very quiet beach that was not crowded. Great for family vacation with kids and babies. Walkway to the beach needs work.
