Very nice all the way around.

We love Topsail Island and often stay in North Topsail. The unit was nicely appointed and clean. The property manager was responsive and friendly. The views from the balcony were outstanding while the check-in, check-out process was easy. We will be back with our family to this location very soon.

209A Is the definition of excellence all around. The unit was immaculate upon arrival, well appointed, complete with luxury bed linens and towels. The host is second to none, with every detail accounted for from check in to check out. It is the perfect paradise getaway.

Weekend getaway

This condo was amazing. Clean. Well appointed. Had everything we would expect and then some. The linens were superior to other places we have stayed. The ocean view on the deck with coffee in the mornings was wonderful. We will be back for sure.

Owner communication is great. Unit is immaculate. Furniture is comfortable. Appreciated the good quality cookware. View is worth every penny. Pool area is clean. Splash By The Sea is superb, went twice - dinner and drinks and apps and drinks. If we come back to the area we will rent this again

We were looking for a place right on the beach with a beautiful pool and grounds an this one was perfect. Host made everything easy. Clean beautifully appointed condo with a great view of pools and the beach. Would stay there again without hesitation.

This unit can’t be beat! With linens included and starters to get your stay off on the right foot, my family and I absolutely loved our stay. Easy access to the pools, yes plural, and the beach. Villa Capriani is our favorite spot and this is our favorite unit there!

Capri Villa Family Fun

The property was gorgeous! Very updated with complimentary products provided! The views were breathtaking and close proximity to stairway and elevator! Pools were clean, beach was not heavily populated, and food at the restaurant on site was delicious! I would strongly recommend this property!

Fantastic stay

I would highly recommend this property. Not only is the condo lovely, centrally located on property, but the beach is amazing. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could need including little things like toiletries, hairdryer, tupperware qhich we used to take snacks to the beach. We had a minor issue which Shanna addressed immediately abd webt out of her way to make aure we had everything we needed and more. Beautiful place, amazing owner and outstanding beach. Can't ask for much more. Qill definitely look to return.

Great family trip!

Unit is clean, superb location in a great community. It worked great for our family of four (two small children). Pools are nice (not heated on cooler days, yet there are two hot tubs). We love north top sail beach- quiet location. Owner was a breeze to rent from. Will choose again.

Birthday vacation

My boyfriend and I did a long weekend away for our birthdays and I am so happy that we chose this place! Beautifully furnished and extremely accommodating. We had an amazing view from the balcony and spent every evening listening to the music from the restaurant patio below. The private beach access, pools/hot tubs, and restaurant on site were all great as well. We know where we'll be staying for our future trips to Topsail!

Lovely remodeled property with all the amenities. No-hassle check-in/out, no extra rentals of linens etc. Good wi-fi. Recommended! (The jigsaw puzzle is missing a piece, though...)

Great!

This is a really nice condo, and a great place for a quiet getaway. Condo is nicely decorated, and super close to the pool and beach. Resort is pretty unique on the NC coast, and has great facilities. The pools & hot tubs are a welcome break from the beach. It's also nice to have the restaurant at the resort, although it can get really busy. All in all a fantastic long weekend for my wife and I, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Perfect Stay for a Beach Getaway

We had the best time at this property spending our days swimming and relaxing by the beach. With two young children, this was an enormously convenient place to stay with so many amenities available on site. The host is one of the most detail oriented and considerate we've ever dealt with. The space feels brand new and is incredibly well organized. It also feels much bigger in person than it looked in the photos.

Had a Lovely Time

It was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed it very much. This is not a criticism, but the bedroom was very light, could use a room darkening shade, it took me a few nights to get used to that but we live in the country with no light...so may not be an issue for anyone else. I'll bring a sleep mask next time!! It was all good, just if you like a dark room bring a sleep mask. :)

Great place at the beach

Condo was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent and the facilities with pools, hot tubs, restaurant, and access to the beach made for a great visit. Our only observation is that room darkening shades in the living room and bedroom would be a welcome addition. Would stay here again.
