Not the best

The property was in a great location but the cleanliness was not good. I did have an issue with the shower curtain rod falling our of the wall which was taken care of quickly but the carpets were heavily stained, chairs were stained and it felt unclean.

Visiting family at Shepherds Center

House doesn’t appear as advertised. Too many things broken or repairs unfinished. Communication with host was minimal. No instructions for anything. Had Vrbo contact host to get answers on how to turn the heat on. Would not recommend.

Unable go get into house, BUGS, BUGS, BUGS and trash, hairy sheets…

We were excited to be staying in Atlanta to see friends but when we got to the property it appeared abandoned. We couldn’t get into the house as the door battery had died which the host had known about prior along with the thermostat. It took over and hour for anyone to assist us. When we opened the front door not even a foot off the welcome mat was a big cockroach with more in the cabinets and wasps nests over garage. The garage doors are not hooked up even to the motors yet that was the method of entry the host had attempted(therefore the host had no idea about this property). There were trash bags left in the garage rotting away. The back porch had trash thrown around it with the furniture covered in mold. The property is unfit to be rented in this conditions. Smoke alarms pulled off the walls. Dryer vent smoking outside the house when dryer on due to so much lint backed up. Spent more time cleaning the house then anything else during our stay. Had to purchase pillows, towels, sheets and other essentials prior to even being able to sit down. Overall house was the low point of our trip and host was minimally responsive to our needs.

Nice house in nice neighborhood

The house was super cute. Appreciated that they had some seasonings and condiments available. The oven did not work but the host was able to get us a counter top oven and she was very responsive. Great house overall.

Great location

Location was fabulous and size of the house was great. Overall the carpets, floors, cabinets and house need a deep clean. The porch and outdoor furniture need cleaning as well, we did not use it. Things were sticky and floors were black. All utensils are cheep and not enough dishes to fill the dish washer so wasted washes/water.

Good Location

The house was somewhat clean. When we walked in we were greeted with a Dean bug. (Glad it was Dead) My daughter was going to stay with us but the sheets were not clean in the one bedroom so she went home at night. I stripped the beds we used. Bathroom rugs were white and they had dark hair on them we are blonde. They were not clean. Bedstand in master bedroom had a deodorant top (from new stick) and we didn’t open a new one. Screen door to porch broken at bottom when wind blows it bangs. No garbage bags, or toilet paper. We will go back to hotels. House was nice maybe needs a deep cleaning, restock toiletries, A little TLC then it will be a gem! One other thing the ring device at front door was a little creepy and made us feel we were being watched. I get people steal we picked up garbage bags and toilet tissue sent the extra home with our daughter so all ended up fine. I think I am just a clean freak and need to stick to hotels. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your rental.

Not as clean as it should have been!

The property layout and accommodations were as advertised, however, it did not feel clean at all. Most notably, the night stands in the master bedroom were covered in (what I hope was) dog hair, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed (they had hair, fuzz, and sweat stains on them). There was also no response to any communication I tried to send the host. We paid extra to have 5 adults, but 2 people had to cancel last minute, I messaged the host as we were traveling that day, no response. After we had to wash the sheets ourselves and disinfect things just to feel comfortable, I reached out to the host again to let them know that they might want to check in with their cleaners, again no response. In fact, the only “communication” from the host we got at all was the automated check in instructions that were sent at the time of booking, which had very limited information in it. The location was nice and there were some nice features, however, I would not stay here again.

Perfect house, well stocked, close to everything!

We loved staying here! The house had everything we needed and then some! It was close enough to Six Flags and Truist Park that we didn’t have to fight traffic to much! It was everything we were looking for!! Will definitely come back and highly recommended!

Perfect location!

We booked this property to stay in during a travel ball tournament in Georgia. The location is perfect close to all the fields close to shopping restaurants, etc. and not far from downtown Atlanta. If you’re coming to Georgia to play baseball I highly recommend this property.
