☀ Kids Room: 4 Twin Beds (two bunk beds).
☀ Additional Sleeping: Two full-sized sleeper sofas (upstairs living room), one full-sized sleeper sofa (downstairs living room), and two queen-sized air mattresses.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes all bedrooms, both living rooms, the game room, the fully equipped kitchen, the private fenced-in yard with its pond and basketball hoop, and the spacious private driveway.

Bedroom Layout Clarification: Please be aware that the Paradise Room and the Seashore Room are located within an extra-large bedroom space. A curtain divider is available to create two semi-private rooms, but they are not fully separate or soundproof.

Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome a maximum of two pets for an additional non-refundable fee. To ensure the home remains pristine for all guests, pets are not permitted on any furniture.
