"The room we stayed in was terrible. The heating and air unit was leaking and the whole carpet was wet. All our bags and belongins got wet. the bathroom wall had mold on it, and the tub had a leak as well. We were under water and mold the whole stay. I called the front desk to let them know as soon as we checked in and saw the condition of the room and the front desk clerk told me they didn't have any available rooms at that time but will get us in another room the next day but that never...

"Breakfast could use a little revamping. They have a lot of construction workers staying there. People were laying in the hallways by windows not sure why and a couple of days a guy was laying on the floor by the vending area not sure why. But other than that it was a pleasant stay. Staff is really nice and helpful. Will stay again "

The lighting in the room was cold and glaring like you see for nighttime road work but did not provide adequate lighting to see well. On site parking is limited and tight. Overflow parking is available. The bar had a nice menu for dinner, the food was delicious. Close to LSU."

"When I entered the room after checking in, I noticed what looked like a needle or pin sticking out of the carpet. The hotel bathroom had what appeared to be mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. I called the front desk to get moved to another room, but the front desk told me there weren't any other available rooms. The bed wasn't comfortable either."

The casino floor provides a great atmosphere, and small touches like the complimentary water bottles by the front desk were much appreciated, though I was a bit sad to discover the property no longer has a pool. While the free valet parking is a fantastic value add, it can get heavily congested during major events; we experienced a pretty significant delay...
