"we love staying at Serenti Hotel every time we are in Saipan. It's location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room is clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying there. Oh and the price is really affordable."

"良かった事
全て良かったのですが…
①1部屋に1台ポケットWi-Fi付②空港ホテル間の送迎付③マリンアクティビティのクーポン1枚付（とても楽しかった）④ウェルカムドリンククーポン付（とても美味しかった）⑤夕方、ビーチディナーがリーズナブルで楽しめた（テイクアウトもOK）⑥朝食ビュッフェ付⑦毎日お水が貰えた。
ちょっと気になった事
①プールが長いこと使われていなかった為、掃除をしてもコケを落としきれなかったのか⁈気になった。
②ハイアットの時に敷地内にあったＩ❤️SAIPANのお店が無くなっていて、ちょっとした飲み物やお土産品が買えなくて少し不便だった（隣のクラウンプラザホテルに行った）。
③2枚のルームカードキーのうち、１枚が使用出来なくなる…という事が３回あった。"

"深夜にも関わらず、笑顔で空港まで迎えに来てくれ、ありがたかったです。オーナーさんが韓国の方と知って驚きました。私の英語が下手だったのか、ほぼ日本語で会話しました。
私の旅計画に対しても色々と助言をしてくれ、それも強制せず一晩考えさせてくれました。
海も近く、すぐ泳いで行って帰ってシャワー浴びることができ、アクセスが最高でした。
また、目の前にGods fathers bar というイカつい名前のバーがありましたが、オーナーの勧めで行ったら、とても良い所で、
最高の歌とお酒とダンスで、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました！
