Spectacular 5BR Townhouse located in Sliema

Hello Travellers! Welcome to our charming 5BR house of character nestled in the heart of Sliema, just steps away from the coast and attractions.

The townhouse itself, is an experience in itself, with large spaces, large living areas, private terrace a spacious living area, making it PERFECT for any occasion.

The interior itself, ooze comfy, the fully equipped kitchen makes you wanna enjoy the house even more, the BR's are airy and comfy with beautiful architecture throughout.

AC's & WIFI

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living area| Step into the inviting living spaces, where traditional architecture meets modern comforts. Featuring a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 more extra guests, A spacious lounge area welcomes you with comfortable seating for 12 persons, perfect for unwinding or enjoying leisurely moments with loved ones/friends.

Enjoy use of the smart-tv which is connected to the internet and offer apps such as Netflix and You-Tube for you to use to catch-up on your favourite shows or music.

Kitchen| The townhouse boasts a well-equipped kitchen and dining space. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-fitted kitchen featuring modern appliances such as microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle and ample amount of storage space.

The adjacent dining area provides seating for gatherings, creating a warm atmosphere for shared meals and conversations.

Bedrooms | 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed while the other offers a bunk bed with two single beds. For over and above 10 guests, we can prepare the sofa-bed with fresh linens for another 2 extra guests.

3 of the bedrooms have an en-suite and in one of the main bedroom, you can also access the Maltese balcony overlooking the street surroundings.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide are of the highest quality.

Bathrooms| 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are an en-suite while the other is accessible from the living area. All bathrooms include a shower, toilet and sink.

Outdoor | The beauty of this townhouse is that it boosts a large terrace furnished with outdoor seating, perfect to just simply relax and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze.

*If outdoor area is used, please make sure you close all windows/ doors as it is very easy for mosquitoes to come in, especially in summer times.

AIr-conditioning is available in all rooms and High-speed wifi is provided throughout the whole stay.

Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

This traditional Maltese home does not offer a lift, therefore all floors are accessible by stairs.

There is also a shopping mall in 'Sliema Tigne' for those who prefer to shop in-doors.

Proximity to the Sea | Just a short walk away, you'll find the beautiful Sliema waterfront, ideal for scenic strolls, morning jogs, or simply relaxing by the sea. The closest sandy beach would be in Balluta, just minutes away from the apartment.

Transport Links | Well-connected by public transport, providing easy access to other parts of Malta, including Valletta, St. Julian's, and beyond.

Local Culture | Experience the vibrant local culture with nearby attractions such as traditional Maltese churches, historic sites, and lively markets.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB or to be paid via BANK TRANSFER, at an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

4. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

5. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

6. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

7. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
