"Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast started at 7 which was too late for us to take advantage of."

"This COULD BE a great local hotel. It's close to downtown, in a relatively quiet location, with some green space. Unfortunately, the manager is not on site, the room was dirty, the shower did not work, the air conditioner/fan did not seem to work, the grounds are poorly maintained, and I was charged more than I was quoted. Because the manager was not on site, I was not able to get a refund for the difference."

Wow. Can't just comp 2 waters for ANY guest? Decptively cheap move. And ~...
