"We have stayed at Ashwood Manor Lodge before. The rooms are spacious and feel fresh and well looked after. The bed is comfy and the sheets crisp. Check-in is straight forwards. The "kitchen" is sparsely equipped but has all we need. Side comment: the microwave is in a wall cupboard and slightly too high to comfortably reach in for my 172cm height and not safely reachable for my smaller partner. "👍liked, location, price, clean, comfortable bed. 👎very basic kitchenette had to use dinner knife to slice tomato 🍅, TV channels were basic, no baggage racks, no air-conditioning, heating was ok but summer would have been a problem in the room we had. OK for short term but not preferred for more than a couple of days."

"Handy for where we wanted to be Parking was great Staff friendly Kitchen was on the small side. Rubbish bin needed a lid. Floor in the bathroom was very slippery but we were given lots of bath mats. Beds were comfy. No noise from other guests."

On arrival a scrap of paper on office counter told me to ring a phone number, I was then told to go down the road to another motel to check in, none of this was in my check in instructions. Not what you would expect for $400 a night"

"Easy and clean place to stay. Nice big apartment and easily accessible. Downside is shower was incredibly small and shower curtain didn’t keep the water in. Overall would stay again."
