"Literally no Air Conditioner in hot sunny summer days/nights. They keep a minimum of 22 degree Celcius in the system and can not be adjusted. My first room was 28 degrees when I walked in and it took an hour to go to 27.5. They changed me to a room which was 25 degrees. The AC did not lower it overnight and during the day went up to 28-29. Unacceptable. Unpleasant, uncomfortable. "

"Hotel is near city , has easy access to shops and amenities. Staff is not friendly and the service is poor . They don’t have standard in the breakfast they are missing items and blame new staff . Working 2 people and they run the entire hotel . Rooms are full of dust and property doesn't wort the amount they charge . You can get only towels and toilet rolls while you stay they don’t clean the rooms they have excuses due pandemic and they give you already with dust room and bathroom not Clean...
