"Nice and clean room. Comfy bed, fast internet, lots of blankets and towels. Did not have a portable fan when we arrived but after notifying the staff, they quickly remedied this. And I greatly appreciated it. Very happy with the walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hot tub was a little too green looking for me to get in. Not sure if its just stained. Overall a great stay."

"It was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good including waffles, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, and yogurt. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only drawback was that you have to drive to get to any restaurants. This was the 2nd time that I stayed here and I would definitely stay again. "

"Great little gem to have a nice get away. Not far from trails, water and other small towns. No TV or radios in the room, great way to disconnect. You can always go downstairs and just talk and watch. Really thoughtful on the morning continental breakfast. Just a beautiful place to relax at."

"I loved the privacy of the hot tub and the location was prime for walking to stores/restaurants. The shower curtain was a nice surprise that my friends got a laugh at. Overall would stay here again. My one thing that I would recommend having is a drying rack for dishes since there is no dishwasher. :)"

"Stayed at this property in Leadville and the views of the mountains are amazing and mesmerizing! Love the vicinity to everything downtown. Loved how fast it was to jump on Interstates and highways. "This is a cute, clean property. It was easy to find directions from Google Maps. We stayed here overnight before climbing Mt. Elbert, which the South trailhead was just a 7-minute drive from the house. The host was very responsive to my questions and I was all set when I got there. I recommend this place."

"Super cute cabin only thing was the hot tub would not heat up :( we followed all the instructions and when I reached out to the property manager they responded the next day saying there was nothing else to do. the main reason we picked the cabin was the hot tub but it was still a nice stay"

"Nice little motel room. Very clean. Nicely stocked with everything you need. Didn’t use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. Very short walk to everything in downtown Leadville. Host was very communicative and the whole stay was easy. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and recommend."
