"Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line "

"Booked a one night stay as meeting up with a group of friends for a night out in Newark. My (standard) room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bar/dining area was very cosy with local beers (Pheasantry) on draught. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay and the breakfast was superb. Excellent value for money - highly recommended!"

"Es un hotel muy acogedor. Todas las habitaciones "pertenecían" a un osito de peluche que encontrabas encima de la cama. Disponen de una sala común con sofás, biblioteca, ordenador y caramelos y chocolatinas en la mesita. Todo estaba muy limpio. Para desayunar se puede tomar un tipico desayuno caliente completo o media ración (huevos, bacon, salchichas, habichuelas con tomate, champiñones y tomate) además de tostadas, cereales y fruta. "A lovely stay. A beautiful building and immaculate cosy room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was huge. A great view of the canal. Right in the centre of Newark and easy to access. Parking is allocated per room and validated via an app...building work was happening so my space wasn't signed, but the builders were really helpful. The outside was in need of a bit of a tidy up, but it is Autumn. "
