Skaneateles house close to village

Close to town. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath home is located in the township of Skaneateles and is centrally located just 2.5 miles from the center of the village and the skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities.
Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new appliances, dining table, living room with smart tv to access Netflix and amazon prime, three bedrooms and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the main level of the home. A fourth bedroom with queen bed is located on the lower level which also has a full bath.

The home has a large deck to watch the sunrise and an outdoor eating area equipped with a grill for barbecuing. The deck is accessible from the porch outside of the kitchen as well as from the French doors in the master bedroom.

Driveway available to accommodate four vehicles. Travelers to Skaneateles can choose to stay busy by site seeing, wine tasting, shopping, enjoy fine dining, or just sitting by the lake and reading a book. Great location with all the comforts of home!

This is a great house that is very close to town. It was ready for us a little earlier that our check in time because of the easy communication with the host. We appreciated this. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The four bedrooms were great for our group.

We had a great time at the house! It was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved using the patio and the fire pit in the backyard. The rooms were spacious and fit 4 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room to spare! The location was also ideal. Still close enough to town to enjoy all Skaneteles has to offer, but located in a quiet area with a huge backyard. The hosts were also very responsive with any questions and provided us with thorough details about the property. I would definitely return!

Close to Town.

We were pleased with the house and its accomodating size. It looks small from the outside but the bedroom and full bath in the basemwnt are a plus. The house water is well water, so we drank bottled water. The appliances and kitchen supplies were great. The porch was a little dirty with leaf debris and spider webs when we arrived. Both toilet seats were loose during our stay and we notified the owner when we left.

We were in town for my son’s wedding and this 4BR 2BA home was the perfect size and layout for one couple and two adults.
