Charming 3 Bdrm Home-Less than 1 mile from Village of Skaneateles-with Parking

This charming three bedroom Colonial is within walking distance or bike ride to magical Skaneateles downtown. Walk or Bike to lakefront, restaurants, shops, parks, and much more! Across the street from beautiful playground and just a few minutes walk from an amazing park with walking trails, workout equipment, tennis/pickleball courts, sports fields and more.
The home has hardwood floors throughout. The high end kitchen with 6 burner and griddle stove top is perfect for preparing meals or hosting guests. A large granite island opens to family room with gas fireplace. Eat family meals in the formal dining room, or relax having take out at the kitchen island.
Accommodations upstairs do not disappoint. The premier suite boasts a new bathroom with double vanity and laundry room and a new king size bed. The 2 other bedrooms upstairs are large and include a new queen bed in room one and a new full bed in room 2. *NOTE* The couch in living room converts to a futon bed- because of how VRBO structures web listing, the listing says “bedroom 4” but there are only 3 bedrooms.
Use the grill and enjoy a meal on the patio out back or enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset in the beautiful backyard.

Perfect family vacation house. Close to the village, but far enough out so it’s quiet and relaxing. Great walking streets. Kitchen is well appointed and the house has been almost entirely remodeled tastefully. I will definitely keep this house in my “short list” to revisit.

Wonderful place for Family

We just got done with a wonderful stay at this place. The neighborhood was quitet and peaceful and the location was ideal. The house has a great layout letting the kids play in one room while the adults visit in the other. We hope we can stay here longer next time.

Beautiful home in Skaneateles

We had a wonderful stay in Skaneateles. This historic home is beautifully restored, spotlessly clean and well appointed. There is a very pretty, large backyard with outdoor seating, and the location is excellent - close to the town, but on a very quiet street. The host was very responsive and considerate. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Stay in Skaneateles

My family and I had a really nice time staying here. The house was well maintained and the kids (ages 1-7) loved the backyard. There is a large playground across the street that we went to several time as well. I would say the house is very family friendly and great for a small group. We could tell that the property wasn't the typical bare bones, Ikea furniture throughout, type of place. Beds and couches were comfortable as was the outside seating. I absolutely recommend staying at this wonderful property.

Wonderful Home!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home right outside of the village in Skaneateles. We have family that live in the village so we were just a short drive or about a 20 minute walk from them. The home is gorgeous and all the furniture looks brand new, just as the pictures show. The master bath was so nice and has a large oversized shower. The other bedrooms are surprisingly quite large. The owner did a great job decorating and she was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this home and we will be back in the future!
