By car its about 10 minutes (during the day) to the main gandola skilift, but it could take 30-40mins to come back around 4pm (traffic). Recommended "

"I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. "This is a mountain ski hotel. Everything was amazing. The breakfast and dinners were excellent. The staff simply wonderful. There is a vantage point next to the hotel where you can watch the sunsets, weather permitting. Just be aware of access to the hotel. Chairlift and not 24 hrs. I would have loved to stay longer."
