"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!"

"The pool pictures on the website are completely misleading. The pool had very poor maintenance, and the jacuzzi was in the same condition. There were peeling walls, rusty air vents, and the whole area felt dirty and poorly maintained. In addition, the room heating system kept turning on automatically, which was very uncomfortable during our stay. We honestly expected much more from this hotel."

"A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! "

"Wonderful weekend stay with kids! Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and quiet the rooms are. We stayed in a room on the same floor as the pool. Could not hear much from that area. Attentive and friendly staff at the pool."

"The space is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. ROOST was the perfect base for my business trip — accessible, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The coffee shop on the ground floor, along with the pool and sauna, were wonderful added bonuses to an already beautiful property. My unit did have a stove and dryer that were not functioning properly, but the staff responded quickly and were very attentive in helping resolve the issue."

"We found The Tommie to be a great experience as it is part of the same building as The Thompson hotel so you get the same amenities and service. Some people have said The Tommie has smaller rooms but we did not find that to be an issue as they were very nicely styled and adequate in size for us as a couple. The location is right in the heart of all the action so you don’t really need a car. Would definitely stay again."

"The front desk staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was perfect comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleaning staff was also amazing and did a great job making sure everything stayed fresh and tidy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again!"
