Landhaus mit Sauna und Kamin

This country house, newly renovated in 2022, is the perfect place to unwind from the stresses of everyday life. It’s located in southern Carinthia on a sunny hillside, surrounded by a beautiful mountain backdrop. Nearby are Lake Klopein, Lake Turner, and Lake Gösselsdorf, all easily accessible by bike. The Petzen ski area and Klagenfurt are also nearby. The house accommodates 10 people and features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sauna.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a guest restroom, the kitchen with a dining area, and a living room. On the first floor are the sauna with a bathroom, two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a guest restroom in the hallway, an office, and a suite with two double bedrooms connected by a door and sharing a bathroom.

Outside, you can sit, eat, and barbecue in a gazebo.

Dogs and cats are allowed on the first floor for an additional fee of 10€ per day. This is a non-smoking house.
