"The good: Lovely staff who are always willing to assist. The friendly greetings each time we walked past the reception desk made us smile.
Comfortable room.
The bad: Food at the restaurant not great for the price.
The ugly: Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. The smell of other guests smoking nearby was really strong and unpleasant. Noisy guests kept us awake over a couple of nights."

"By far the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, spotlessly clean and athletically pleasing. The service is also excellent in every way. "

"Liked: Friendly staff. Early check-in. Good location (local bus direct to centre and to Balapan station). English-language channels on the TV. Breakfast included (although mostly Indonesian food).
Disliked: The standard room was quite small and had no kettle or fridge. There was also no "no smoking" option with the standard room."

"The room was big but worn out, but OK for someone who is just staying there only to sleep. The service is at the hotel or professional, also the breakfast was fantastic The pool was just amazing however it was close to the restaurant and we felt like we are being watched all the time especially because we were wearing bikinis.
The staff at a Ramada was very helpful in all our wishes, however the receptionists could speak better English.
We would stay here again."
