  • Casa reformada tradicional de 2 dormitorios en el pueblo de Exo Mouliana, a solo 16 km de Sitia. ¡Una casa familiar que mantiene su historia decorada en cada pared y esquina junto con todas las instalaciones modernas y una gran terraza con una vista impresionante!
    Encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para que te sientas como en casa, nada parecido a las habitaciones de hotel impersonales. Un ambiente familiar y amigable ideal para las vacaciones durante todo el año.

    El espacio

    En el espacio principal encontrará una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor / sala de estar y la chimenea. En el primer dormitorio hay una cama doble y una mesa auxiliar y un gran armario. En el nivel superior se encuentra el área del segundo dormitorio con una cama doble y una cama individual. También hay un baño con ducha y calentador de agua eléctrico para agua caliente.

Très bon accueil de Michalis avec beaucoup d'informations sur les sites à visiter. La location était très sympa et très propre avec une terrasse très agréable

Die Duschmöglichkeit war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine Außendusche mit max. lauwarmen Wasser. Duschen im mini Klo mit Schlauch vom Waschbecken.

Sehr schön

Das Ferienhäuschen Sterei ist schon besonders. Die Terrasse, die Außendusche, der Rundumblick sind wunderbar. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lediglich die Schlafzimmerdeckenhöhe war anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die liebevolle Ausstattung und die persönliche Betreuung machen das mehr als wett. Wir haben uns in den 15 Tagen sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Bäume auf der Terrasse (Aprikosen, Zitronen & Maulbeeren) haben unseren Urlaub wörtlich versüßt. Im Ort gibt es 2 gute Tavernen, einen kleinen Markt und ein schönes Lädchen mit örtlichen Produkten. Wirklich nettes Dörfchen und Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, u.a. Richtie-Schlucht.

Petite maison avec très belle terrasse

Tres bon séjour et très bon accueil chez Michaelis. En guise de bienvenue plateau de légumes et de quoi faire un petit dejeuner : Très appréciable ! La maison n'est pas très grande mais possède une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer, Idéal pour 4. Beaucoup de charme. Pour les grands attention les plafonds sont bas ! La douche est à l'extérieur cela reste un très bon souvenir car exotique 😀 et l'eau est chaude. On entend les cigales et la terrasse est bien ombragée toute la journée. Petit bémol pas tellement adapté pour cuisiner. Je recommande pour un court séjour.

Bel emplacement au calme

Bon séjour de 4 jours, bien placé pour visiter la partie Est de l'ile. Grande terrasse avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes et la mer au loin. Sitia est a 15 minutes. Petite maison crétoise bien décorée et équipée. Attention : accès à la chambre par 2 marches un peu hautes, les 2 chambres ayant des plafonds très bas. Douche extérieur pratique et agréable (celle intérieur n'en n'est pas vraiment une). Merci à Michalis pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa gentillesse.

Amazing little gem

Exo Mouliana is a little village away from the usual tourist route but lays on the main road so it’s easy to get to places. Other villages we visited would have a winding narrow road you have to navigate for half an hour just to get to the main road. This place is very conveniently located however the house itself is high on the hill so you don’t hear the road or the noise from the centre of the village. In fact it was quiet and peaceful at night and not hot at all thanks to the light night breeze. Mosquitoes were the only downside but I found some repellent plugs in the house. There is an air conditioning if required but we hardly used it (stayed in mid June). Local taverna served excellent food. Closest city, Sitia, with lovely beaches and equally excellent restaurants is 20 min away by car. Very quiet and not swamped with tourists so prices are lower than in the western part of Crete. The house itself although small had everything you would want from a rental cottage and more. Michalis the host couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. He really looked after us and supplied lots of advice about what to visit and where to eat. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking and there is a mulberry tree, an apricot tree and a lemon tree in the garden all full of ripe fruit. I would gladly stay there again.

Wonderful holidays at the cottage

We really loved the 10 days we spent at the house. The house is cozy and the terrace and view are absolutely breathtaking. Everything inside the house and outside is very neat and tidy. We were received by Georgia who was always nice and helpful. I think there is little room for improvement but there are two minor things I'd like to mention nonetheless: 1. I think visitors should know beforehand that they have to climb a very steep hill up to the house. Our car couldn't go up there and it was very difficult with our two little kids. It's only around 3-4 minutes, so in general it shouldn't be a problem. 2. We had to issues with the shower and the washing mashine. The communication here wasn't ideal as the washing machine problem was only solved 3 days later and the shower problem - which was just a wrongly adjusted lever - was actually never solved or attempted to be solved. That's it! Would always go back! Thanks again!

Lovely small house with great view

We spent a great week in this cottage, which has a lot of charme and a spacious terrace with sufficient shadow and an excellent view. The outdoor shower was a good alternative to the small indoor shower. The owner, Michalis, was very welcoming and Georgia gave us many good tips for what to visit and do.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la côte Est de la Crête

Petite maison typique à la décoration soignée et meublée dans le style crétois. Elle est dotée d'une superbe terrasse avec vue sur le village, la montagne et la mer au loin, idéale pour prendre les repas. Elle est située à une quinzaine de km de Sitia où l'on trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire. Michalis, le propriétaire des lieux, est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Il saura vous renseigner sur les endroits à visiter. Nous avons pu apprécier son extrême gentillesse et son hospitalité. Nous y avons passé 3semaines fort agréables. Nous recommandons.

Lovely Cretan Cottage as described with fantastic views

We arrived late about 10pm in the dark to be greeted by the owner who was waiting for us. This warm welcome set the tone for the rest of our stay, we were shown round the property and introduced to it's little quirks (typical greek). Everything we needed was taken care of. The property is set up with a very homely feel and as it was where the owners grand parents had lived you felt connected to the greek way of life. Eggs and fresh produce from the owners small holding were and extra bonus. We woke in the morning to see the views for the first time, we chose this property for location and the views. We were not disappointed! It was fabulous. We had a fantastic 2 week stay where the owner was extremely attentive and helpful. The local tavern was a great place for an evening meal where you felt part of the community, with the typical greek welcome. I would happily go back and book this cottage again. I think it is worthwhile saying that you park your car on the road and then walk up a steep hill to the cottage, this might be a problem to people with a heart condition or disabilities. Also the upstairs bedroom is only about 4/5 foot high so you are bent over moving around, the lower bedroom is only about 6 foot high. If you are very tall that might be a problem to you. This property is a hidden gem and I would love to go back in the spring sometime to enjoy Crete in full bloom.

Vier dagen authentiek genieten in grieks bergdorp oost-Kreta.

Prachtig stijlvol huisje met schaduwrijk terras in autenthiek grieks bergdorp, vlakbij beroemde Richtis-kloof. Gastheer attent en hartelijk als alle mensen op Kreta.
