Central 2 bedroom apartment with sunny balcony

This 2 bedroom apartment is decorated to a contemporary style and the central location is truly fantastic with only a minutes walk to the beach.

The front balcony faces south, overlooking the main pedestrianised street of Parellades and is bathed in summer sunshine all day which is a great vantage point to watch the world go by whilst enjoying your morning coffee or your evening glass of cava.

The comfortable and modern lounge-dining area has a large corner sofa, dining table & chairs, air conditioning, wifi and a smart TV connected to the internet and Netflix.

There is also a charming Andalusian style internal patio, between the lounge and kitchen, that allows natural light to come in and a welcome breeze in the summer months.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including; fridge/freezer, induction hob , oven, microwave, filtered water and dishwasher. Washing machine is located on the rear balcony.

The 2 good size bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, which is very quiet, and both have hotel quality Flex-Dreamax mattresses to help ensure a good nights sleep. The first room has 2 x twin beds that can be combined with a topper mattress to make a superking bed (180cm). The second room has a double bed (140cm) plus a desk/workstation and leads out on to the rear balcony. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes space. N/B: there is no A/C in the bedrooms, just the living room, but fans are provided for the bedrooms. Keeping the door open to the internal patio creates natural ventilation/breeze.

The rear balcony faces north, so is in shade all day if you want to escape the heat of the sun, and is very quiet and peaceful.

On the roof there is a sun terrace which is the perfect spot to top up your tan or have pre dinner cocktails. Exclusive use of the the sun beds and outdoor furniture.

The bathroom is good size and also recently renovated with a large modern shower cubical.

The apartment is thoughtfully furnished by the owners in order that you may enjoy a relaxing stay.

Please note: As part of the holiday rental license requirements, Sitges town council requires all tourists to be register during their stay, so as part of the booking/check-in process we will need a photograph of passport/ID (showing surname, first name, ID number, expiry date, nationality) plus a home address.

Mooi appartement op toplocatie.

Wij hebben 2 weken dit appartement gehuurd en zijn zeer tevreden!Het appartement is ruim genoeg en echt van alle gemakken voorzien, van vaatwasser tot wasmachine, goede airco, volledig ingerichte keuken, nette badkamer met heerlijke douche, leuk balkonnetje en een fijne huiselijke sfeer. Het is zo compleet, je hoeft eigenlijk alleen maar je kleding mee te nemen en de rest is er al.De locatie is helemaal top! Midden in het centrum in een gezellige winkelstraat, overal dichtbij, het strand en de kroegen zijn maar 3 minuten lopen.Het appartement heeft overal rolluiken om het echt donker te maken 's nachts, en de slaapkamers liggen aan de achterzijde zodat je daar geen last hebt van eventuele herrie van de straat.Er waren wel wat bouwwerkzaamheden bij de buren wat zorgde voor enige overlast in de ochtend, maar daar kunnen de gastheren niks aan doen.De verhuurders waren overigens zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgden voor alle lokale info.Wij raden deze verhuurders en het appartement zeker aan en komen graag terug!

Great location, super host!

We stayed for the month of February. Quiet bedrooms in back, front rooms overlooking Street Life and all the fun village activities. Charming place, great neighbours, nice linens, very very comfortable beds, small kitchen but serviceable, preparing all meals for two was easy. Close to the market, beaches, banking, restaurants, etc. Everything was at our doorstep! Our host, Carl, was very kind & helpful in addressing any of our concerns. Everything worked out perfectly. We will be happy to book this property and visit again! We had the very best experience. Thank you Carl!

Bel appartement en plein centre de Sitges

L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire fonctionnel. Nous n’étions que 2 personnes et c’était super spacieux. Le petit balcon surplombant la rue commerçante était très agréable pour nos repas ou simplement boire un verre en regardant le monde passer. Par contre, ça n’est possible que pour 2 personnes. Si l’appartement est occupé par 4 personnes, les repas doivent se prendre à l’intérieur. Les chambres à l’arrière sont très calmes, la literie est excellente, et le contact avec le propriétaire ou l’agence pour le check-in / check-out étaient parfaits ! A recommander !

Fabulous Space

Ideally located with so many dining choices, the bars are nearby and shopping has several good choices. If you like people watching this is great. You can sit on the balcony for hours and watch the entire world go by; however we really enjoyed the wealth of sidewalk cafés and a few tapas to do the same. The beach is very close, less than two blocks and it is easy to wander all the streets and discover so many nooks and crannies. The owner is very responsive to your needs and the manager is very helpful. I like to cook and found the kitchen just above adequate for this, but then you never have everything you like to use at home. Overall, a very comfortable space, and the bedrooms are very quiet from the daily street noises. (The morning pickup of glass was the most disturbing). Otherwise they are very unobtrusive and they keep the neighborhood very clean. If we ever go back to Sitges we would stay here again.

Location location location

Stayed with a friend and the apartment was perfect for us. Two decent sized double rooms with comfortable beds and good storage space in both. Shower was great and kitchen had all the basics. We loved the balcony for breakfast or drinks overlooking the street - the location is excellent - in the middle of everything but with the rooms being at the back not noisy (though our stay was mid week). WiFi went down on day 2 but as I had lots of data wasn't too bothered and communication with both Carl and Nik was excellent when we did mention it. Sitges is a lovely town and would highly recommend staying here!

Gepflegt mit Mängeln: - Dachterrasse wenig einladend ( Wäsche von Mietern zum trocknen vor Ort) - Klimaanlage: Wasserablauf verstopft ( selbst behoben) - Schlafzimmer: Matratzenschoner verunreinigt ( mit gelben Flecken) - Küche: Wasserfilter war defekt ( wurde nicht behoben) - Flur: Beleuchtung defekt ( wurde nicht behoben)

Great location and a very nice apartment. Very clean and the bedrooms where very quiet even though you are right in the town centre. Balcony great for people watching and the roof terrace was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle below. From first booking to arrival and checkout, communication from host was exceptional. There was 4 adults and we had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and as we go to Sitges regularly i would stay again for sure.

Perfect location for Bear Week Sitges

This is a great apartment for visiting Sitges, unless you NEED to be right on the beach. It is a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach. For Bear Week, it's one block away from the main square and all the bars. Near lots of great restaurants. And very close to the "Village" that is set up on the beach (3 to 5 minute walk as mentioned). The front overlooks the street so there is great people watching from the balcony. The back, where the bedrooms are, is a courtyard (no access for guests) so it's very quiet so you can sleep well.

So close to everything!

Perfect location! We had such a fabulous stay. Upon arrival, the apartment was sparkling clean, perfect size, with every amenity needed. Our host was fabulous! We were greeted upon arrival at the property. Easy communication regarding any questions. 1 block from the beach, restaurants all around us, great shopping and quiet sleeping even while being in the heart of town. The best part was the sun streaming in and sitting on the balcony. I look forward to coming back soon.

Clean modern well equipped and central

The two bedrooms are lovely and quiet yet it is buzzing at the front of the apartment lots of people grazing at the lovely I've cream parlour and pizzeria. I loved the front balcony and spent lots of time drinking coffee and reading my book on it while enjoying the sun. A great welcome from our host. The flat was so well equipped it even had toiletries and basic kitchen essentials... Thankyou.
