The apartment:
The ATZAVARA apartment in Sitges, is in a first floor apartment with lift (but with a few steps to get to it) is bright and airy and consists of a good size living + dinning, a nice terrace, kitchen, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms so it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

The apartment is furnished in a bright and fresh style. A nice composition with mirrors in a Moroccan style welcomes you as you open the front door.

The large lounge and dinning area is equipped with two leather sofas, a table and chairs, AC and free wifi, for more comfort and enjoyment. From this area you can access the L shaped terrace.It is furnitured with a table and chairs for al fresco dinning. There is also a retractable awning so you can protect from the sun during the day and get more privacy at night.



The kitchen has been recently renewed and all electric appliances are brand new.The master bedroom has a double bed 160x190cm, two bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe.



There is a second bedroom with two singe beds 90x190cm and a wardrobe.



Last bedroom is the smaller one, with bunk beds 90x190cm. From this bedroom you can access a balcony that is used as a utility room.



All three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.Finally, there are two complete bathrooms, one with a small bathtub and the other one with a shower.The ATZAVARA apartment in Sitges, is a very spacious and excellent priced, in a great location, perfect for a group of friends or a large family.



The surroundings:
Perfect location and excellent value accommodation just a few meters from San Sebastian Beach and its local amenities.

San Sebastian is a picturesque and sheltered beach just behind the famous Sitges church. By its recently renewed promenade you can find a choice of bars and restaurants offering all kinds of international food but most of them specialized in seafood and paellas. All of them are an excellent option for dinning out while enjoying beautiful views of the Med.



Less than 50 mts from the beach.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
