HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency as we run several villas, "sending an enquiry to the real estate professional". so that we can advise you on the villa best suited to your needs". Then you can book in total security in "Book Now".
We recommend you to book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us for rates and availability.

LOCATION SUPPLEMENT :
Villa Sitges La Lluna requires a car. It is located in the urbanization Las Colinas de Olivella, 15 minutes drive from Sitges, and 5 minutes drive from Sant Pere de Ribes.
The urbanization is very residential. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets, food shops at 5 minutes by car from the Villa.
There is a Nautical Club with bar, restaurant and tennis courts at 10 minutes walking distance but it is open in summer only.
A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa La Lluna through the vineyards and fields.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Villa Sitges lluna is a villa for up to 16 people, with private pool and garden, its 300m2 of living space are distributed in 5 bedrooms (12 beds and 2 sofa beds), 3 toilets, 2 kitchens, 1 lounge dining room, wine cellar, and a games room.

To make the most of the area, I recommend renting a car, so that you can enjoy your stay to the full.
At the end of the stay you have to pay the tourist tax of Catalunya which is:
1€/person/day(maximum 7 days) for all guests over 16 years old.
STAYS OUT OF HIGH SEASON / LONG STAYS:
Enjoy also short stays out of season: From 3 days to 3 months.
Ideal for short breaks of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. The rates are very reasonable in these periods.
MONTHLY RENTAL FROM 1 MONTH TO 5 MONTHS.

Payment methods:
Credit card (via Vrbo): If you choose to pay by credit card through Vrbo, a 3% commission will be applied to the total amount.
Direct bank transfer: No fees.
Both options include Vrbo assistance.
Cleaning costs (includes bed linen, bath towels and pool towels):
Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 350 €.
2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 € + Final cleaning: 350 €.
3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: 100 € each + Final cleaning: 350 €.
Supplement of 30 €/person/day starting from 10 people.
Tourist tax:
1 € per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.
Low season (October to April):
Weekly stays: Monthly provision for utilities (water, electricity, gas): 300 €, adjusted to actual consumption.
Monthly stays: Monthly provision: 800 €, adjusted to actual consumption.
🕗 Late check-in:
From 20:00 to 24:00: supplement of 45 €.
After 24:00: supplement of 70 €.
Pets:
Supplement of 100 € per week.
💼 Security deposit:
Weekly stays: 1.000 €, refundable within 10 days.
Monthly stays: 1.500 €, refundable within 15 days.
