Deluxe Black Butte Ranch Home. Perfect for a special family time or winter fun!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE GLAZE MEADOW POOL & SPORTS COMPLEX, YET VERY QUIET AND PRIVATE ON 2 1/2 ACRES!!! One of the largest lots and best locations in all of Black Butte Ranch!! This 3000 SQ.FT. northwest contemporary lodge style home with 2 Master Suites is perfect for family reunions, golfing groups (7 single beds), girls weekends or a relaxing vacation. We have the same guests returning every year!!!

The long private driveway leads you to this northwest contemporary style home. Plenty of parking to accommodate friends and family. This home is very open and spacious throughout with large rooms. The Great Room has a very high ceiling with a stone fireplace open to the dining room and kitchen. The deck is extra large, perfect for relaxing with your family!

Bedroom 1 is an en suite master with a king size bed on the main level. It provides direct access to the private side of the deck. The large bathroom pampers guests with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, private toilet and plenty of closet space!

Bedroom 2 is on the main level near the master bedroom and also has a king size bed. A full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.

Bedroom 3 is on the main level located just off the front entry. It has a bunk bed with a double lower bed and an upper single bed which can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Bedroom 4 is the second en suite master with a queen bed on the upper level adjacent to the loft. This suite also has a double bed tucked away in an alcove, perfect for younger children! The bathroom has a soaker tub and separate shower.

The loft is not considered a bedroom but does contain a trundle bed which converts to two single beds.

The Game Room is downstairs with its own fireplace, cozy couch and chair, TV and DVD. A game closet, foosball table and plenty of room make it a perfect place for kids and young adults to hang out while the parents are upstairs socializing! A sliding door provides easy access to the patio.

Bedroom 5, the "Cowboy Room" is located downstairs just off the game room, has 2 single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 4). The full bathroom is located in the laundry room which is downstairs just after entering the house from the garage.

In the garage, an additional refrigerator and commercial grade dryer are available for guests.

The rental rate is based on 14 guests. Additional guests will be charged $50 per night per person. The daily maximum guest count is 16. Absolutely no large gatherings or parties. For service, repair, cleaning and deliveries, ring cameras are installed at the garage and front doors.

Please be advised Black Butte Ranch charges an additional facilities fee which is 12% of the rental amount. The fee will show as a separate charge listed as club or facilities access fee billed through VRBO.

Enjoy all the amenities of the GMRC: large hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, steam room and gym located just across the street!!! Excellent House, Excellent Location!!!!!

We had 8 adults and 8 children, 10 and under. The home is well laid out for large groups. There is an extra refrigerator and clothes dryer in the garage. There are two sets of silverware. The downstairs is a great place for the kids to play, with the foosball, games and the TV. The hosts were very responsive. They had decorated the house for Christmas before our arrival - much appreciated!

So many things to love about this place - spacious, comfortable, good location in BBR (a short walk to pool, a short drive to BBR store, welcome, center, pond, and lodge dining options). Great division of spaces for gathering or for privacy. Basement rec area was a big hit with 17-5 year-old family members. Nicely appointed baths (with lovely scented soaps and large jetted tub in master), washer and TWO dryers, two fridges. Kitchen well-stocked with useful electric appliances (TWO coffee makers - loved that!). Best of all, communication, help, and support from our host owner was just excellent. Kind, thoughtful, and generous. Made the whole experience that much more rewarding!

The home is absolutely beautiful and located on such an expansive property! The nature there is so special with deer running through the yard. We also loved the proximity to the glaze meadow recreation center! Our host was so very communicative and helpful as we created the perfect retreat space for 11 women who gathered together.

We have been having family vacations at BBR (almost annually) for 48 years, and this, by far, is the best house that we have rented. It is spacious, ideally located (near Glaze Meadow pool and pickleball courts), and it is also secluded. When we arrived it was clean and neat; the kitchen is large and has everything needed to prepare meals. The new deck is stupendous for big family meals. The TV is Smart and the wifi worked perfectly. Dean and Annmarie are also the consummate hosts. And this 3-point buck greeted us almost every day. We will be back!

Tis was an excellent propery for our family. It was close to the Glaze Meadow pool and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. My only suggestion would be a larger BBQ.

Great location, large house

We've stayed at Black Butte Ranch many times, and this was one of our favorite homes thanks to its great location and spacious layout. We were a group of three families, six adults and six toddlers, and the house had more than enough room for everyone. The layout was toddler friendly and safe for kids as well.The home is in an ideal location right next to the Glaze Meadows pool, and the open garage and long driveway gave the kids a safe place to play and ride their bikes. There’s ample seating both inside and out on the deck, making mealtimes easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics needed for cooking.We had a few questions & issues during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and helpful in getting things resolved quickly.The only downsides were that the bedding (pillows, sheets, etc) felt old/outdated and the price was a bit higher than similar properties, especially with the additional new BBR guest fee not included upfront unlike some other listings.Overall, this home worked really well for our group, and we'd happily stay here again!

Great house for a large group

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our stay! The proximity to Glaze Meadow rec area is a real plus. The house has a/c and window treatments for the hot afternoon sun. The foosball table was a hit!

Wonderful Family Reunion

Great property in a convenient central location with plenty of room for our family. Lots of privacy, love the large deck and well supplied kitchen. The owner Dean always responded quickly when we had questions. We are repeat renters and have already booked for next summer!

This property is situated on a 2 1/2 acre lot, which provides much privacy. House was well-stocked with basic items. The house had 2 refrigerators, which is a BIG plus. (The owner needs to mention this in the write-up of the property). Also handy that there were 2 clothes dryers.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. It is so close to Glaze Meadow pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, and easy access to bike paths. The house is very well equipped to handle large families. The owners are great and responded promptly each time I contacted them. Black Butte Ranch is such a family friendly resort area and this house was perfect for our family.

Wonderful family-oriented vacation home

This home was well equipped and sized for our large family. It facilitated family meals inside or outside and great interactions with kids, teens and adults. The living room and game room were big hits! We loved that it was close to the community pool and recreation center too! Our host was easy to communicate as questions arose. This was a welcome and memorable vacation. Very enjoyable.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stay in Black Butte Ranch twice a year and have been doing so for over 30 years. This home is a nice stay and the owners are wonderful. There are a few things I would caution other renters on. The bedrooms are a bit unique for younger kids. The bunk room is on the lower levels so a monitor will be needed. Another room is off the front door and separate from the home. Almost like an entry way mud room which took us forever to find. Good for an adult but not so great for kids. Over all the owners were lovely and communicated really great. I would return to this home for sure but would make sure to include monitors incase the little ones woke and didn't know there way around the house.

Great Family Retreat

A perfect setting for our family with a location across the street from the Glaze Meadow Pool complex a big plus! Plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck for evening meals. We’ve been coming to the ranch for many years and this home ranks near the top for us. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for multiple families, center Ranch

The house was perfect for our families. It feels like a private oasis despite being near the GMRC, and the golf course. Plenty of room for everybody to have their space and the kitchen was well appointed. The pantry was a really nice feature. Overall would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful and comfortable week at Black Butte.

We enjoyed the location of the house. We were close to the pool and the playground for the kids and we took advantage of the tennis and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was great for large family meals.

Excellent house

Excellent home with ideal location for family vacation. The house sits across the street from the Glaze Meadow facility, which includes an indoor pool with a water slide, an outdoor pool, hot tub, shallow wading pool, locker rooms (with showers) small "cafe" with coffee/drinks/a few food items, gift shop, spa, bike rental facility, playground, and pickleball courts. Bike paths all around. House is back off the street and was very quiet. Well stocked house with all the equipment needed to make any meal (they even have a waffle maker). Beds were comfy. Washing machine was large and they have two dryers (the one in the garage works very well). Air conditioning worked well to give everyone a cool spot to rest in the middle of the day. Both adult movies and some Disney movie DVDs provided on the lower level. We used the DVD player and it worked well. The only flaw we noted was that one of the couches sinks a lot in the middle - but this turned into a fun moment watching a family member try to escape the couch! All in all, a wonderful house in a great location.
